My experience at this dairy queen was awful I knew I couldn't use the bathroom unless I was a customer so I bought a overpriced blizzard that was made sloppy and then got denied to use the restroom!..... After being looked up and down by the female worker she told me they're closed right now then got looked at up and down once more and then got told they're closed to the public but there was no sign on the door saying they were closed . I know it was cause I'm native and a little bit dirty but I was just getting finished helping someone load garbage from behind their house .....sorry for helping someone out then coming to get a blizzard and possibly use the bathroom but excuse me .....

Every time my son wants to purchase something here, the service is slow!! They don't greet you at the drive-thru speakerphone and sometimes it takes them up to 5 min or more to acknowledge you are there. The food is sometimes fresh but most of the time he gets lukewarm fries. People are friendly enough but today, while waiting for our food, I had our window closed due to all the fumes around us. I Wasn't paying attention because it had already been five minutes waiting and didn't realize they were ready to pass the food to us and the lady start yelling hello at me. And then she just leaves the food on the counter without giving it to me when I noticed her, she just walked away. 🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️.
Boy, the local Dairy Queen has gone south. Place my order at the drive-up, and I have to repeat myself, I am told several times that I have to SHOW my exemption card. Get to the window. Pay for someone else's order, get attitude, wait even longer for my order, then pay additional money for the difference, ok. Then, as soon as the girl hands us our order, quickly says Thank you and CLOSES the window on me before I can respond. OH, and I can't forget ALL the signs taped to the drive-up window saying "NO 50'S" "NO 100'S." Glad I had a smaller bill, I hate to have been yelled at, just like the signs.
This used to be the best place to go for Dairy Queen treats, but I think I will pass and take my business else where. Somewhere they have great customer service. I like tipping those folks.

placed order was going to pay cashier stated they had no change for a 100 or 50 so had to go across the street to the little store to get change got our order hamburger were sloppy n fries cold they took so long to get our food the people helping us seem to be upset. definitely not same darie qween from before so disappointed
