Every time my son wants to purchase something here, the service is slow!! They don't greet you at the drive-thru speakerphone and sometimes it takes them up to 5 min or more to acknowledge you are there. The food is sometimes fresh but most of the time he gets lukewarm fries. People are friendly enough but today, while waiting for our food, I had our window closed due to all the fumes around us. I Wasn't paying attention because it had already been five minutes waiting...
The staff of 2 was VERY overworked! They were so short staffed, but they did everything they could to keep the place running. Kudos to those two young men. They had to shut down one door to funnel customers in the main door and still stake care of the drive thru. Eventually they were so bombarded by customers they had to shut both doors and simply do the drive thru only. I respect these employees, they did what they could and they both deserve a raise.
The wait was horrible. We went thru the drive thru and it was a total of 40 minutes before we finally received our order and when we did it was wrong. My wife ordered one item but received another. If you decide to go expect to wait
