Customer service is not on point, they always fail specially on weekends! order a k7 meal I get to the window cashier gives me my meal but not my drink but at the intercom they ask what drink I want she said that they dint charge me for the drink that’s why she dint give me my drink. The meal comes with the drink tho they forget to give me a napkin and spoon lol yet the lady’s were all standing around just chatting it up lol at the window of the drive thru worst kfc in the valley

The Food was Okay, The Tables were sticky the floor was clean. The service was bad they rolled they're eyes at customer's and it took them 40+ minutes to get our food and they looked like they hated every second we were there, And I am Ashamed this is a restaurant in Toppenish. They were Rude to Elders trying to get food, And they were only nice at the end because we confronted them About it.
