Customer service is not on point, they always fail specially on weekends! order a k7 meal I get to the window cashier gives me my meal but not my drink but at the intercom they ask what drink I want she said that they dint charge me for the drink that’s why she dint give me my drink. The meal comes with the drink tho they forget to give me a napkin and spoon lol yet the lady’s were all standing around just chatting it up lol at the window of the drive thru worst kfc in the valley

The Food was Okay, The Tables were sticky the floor was clean. The service was bad they rolled they're eyes at customer's and it took them 40+ minutes to get our food and they looked like they hated every second we were there, And I am Ashamed this is a restaurant in Toppenish. They were Rude to Elders trying to get food, And they were only nice at the end because we confronted them About it.

Employees are soo rude… if they don’t wanna work tell them to quit their job..only one person the He is only serving everyone good all girls they think they are in fashion show but they are not soo they need to focus on work or see work somewhere else where they gona work soo slow🙏thank you🙏

I had a terrible experience at this place. The service was extremely slow, and the staff was rude and unhelpful. My order was incorrect, and when I pointed it out, they didn't seem to care. The atmosphere was unpleasant, and it felt like they didn't value their customers at all. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Do not go to this location. I do DoorDash for extra cash and I went to pick up an order. The worker made me confirm before she gave me the order only to realize after that it was someone else’s order. I asked that next time she verify the name and she kept acting like she didn’t know what I was taking about. Obviously this made me even more annoyed and the manager Gabe overheard and told her to ban my account on DoorDash. Gabe then decided to follow me to my car and take my picture and I assume a photo of my license plate. They basically pushed me to the point of reaction then threatened to call the cops on me. As of right now no call from them has been made. I spoke with an officer and I can’t do anything about them having that much personal information. I will admit, if they were going to ban me anyway, I was going to make it worth it.
