I had a terrible experience at this place. The service was extremely slow, and the staff was rude and unhelpful. My order was incorrect, and when I pointed it out, they didn't seem to care. The atmosphere was unpleasant, and it felt like they didn't value their customers at all. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Do not go to this location. I do DoorDash for extra cash and I went to pick up an order. The worker made me confirm before she gave me the order only to realize after that it was someone elseās order. I asked that next time she verify the name and she kept acting like she didnāt know what I was taking about. Obviously this made me even more annoyed and the manager Gabe overheard and told her to ban my account on DoorDash. Gabe then decided to follow me to my car and take my picture and I assume a photo of my license plate. They basically pushed me to the point of reaction then threatened to call the cops on me. As of right now no call from them has been made. I spoke with an officer and I canāt do anything about them having that much personal information. I will admit, if they were going to ban me anyway, I was going to make it worth it.
This has got to be the worst KFC in the Valley. We get terrible service every time we've attended. We waited for 20 min and twice our food was handed to someone else.

I'm a local and I dislike coming here just cuz the service. They are rude to customers and they treat they're delivery drivers like they Try to steal or something

The employees are rude. They only ask if you want taco sauce with everything and when you say no to the taco sauce and ask for anything else, like dipping sauce for their nuggets, they act like you're pulling teeth. They roll their eyes and never let you get a word in before shutting their drive-thru window or ushering you to move ahead and then forgetting you're out there waiting for your order for over 20 minutes. It's ridiculous.
