Mc Donald's isn't the same since our robots took over. Noone wants to come to the counter anymore . They pretend you don't exist and just work on orders.

Couldn't find anyone to pay at the drive thru. Finally the cashier showed up and was short and irritated with us that we wanted ketchup. Oh and both burgers were raw inside when we got them. Yuck! Tried to call and warn them they were serving raw burgers and got a busy tone.
I'd give zero stars if I could. It's advertised as drive thru open 24/7. I came thru around 4:30 am. Nobody was there. Shouldn't freaking advertise open 24/7 if it isn't. Can't stand places that can't get their crap together

This location doesn’t prioritize customers. They put in the self ordering kiosk and don’t have an employee for front counter. The kiosk doesn’t allow certain customizations. You will have to stand at the counter for 5-10 minutes or more to get help. The workers try not to go to front counter, I feel like they are assigned other stations. This mcdonald’s can do SO much better than how they currently are. I constantly have to recheck the order I received to make sure they did their job correctly.
