The staff isn't up to par. Food takes longer than it should. Long waits. Supervisor is in need of good staff. Online orders are same, at times longer waits and drinks are never prepared for online orders. Find another McD's spot...
We had great customer service today when we went inside to eat. Our server was Rebecca and she was awesome! Great customer service is lacking at fast food places, but today this person was personable, friendly and cheerful!!
