Drinks are so good here, however it’s been a couple times I’ve gone here and a worker name Kassandra has taken a long time talking to what I assume is her bf in the drive thru. He brought her lunch and she proceed to talk to him at the window for 10 minutes. I’ve worked through a drive thru before and have had family or friends bring me something n talk to them. I get it however there was 3 cars behind me and she didn’t care that we stayed waiting while she talked and held hands with her bf or whoever he is to her. On the other side there were cars who got there after us and were leaving before us. I get it when they have other drinks to make and it’s taking a while however, it’s frustrating when I’m waiting for the worker to be done talking to order.

Drinks are delicious! And most of the baristas are so nice and friendly. But every time me or my friend go there is this one barista that is always rude, everyone I’m trying to look at the menu and ask questions she walks away, or says “idk” . Terrible customer service! I got her name from one of the other workers Liz..

40 min wait for a drink that is ridiculous. Even with the amount of two three workers. Not satisfied they have went downhill with drinks that need to be portioned properly that are full of ice and not enough flavoring. Not coming back.

They are really nice people but every time I go they mess up my order. They put a ridiculous amount of half and half when I ask them to put a small splash. They just tell me that they add a little bit but my ice coffee just tastes like milk.

The girl there always gets my drink wrong even after she repeats what I just ordered ???♀️ also a couple of the girls that work there is always posting videos of people who go there. We can’t see them but they sure are watching and recording us. For what who knows I will get my resources and plan too sue this unprofessional place! Don’t go here! You never know when they might snap a pic of you
