Decided to stop in on our way back home for dinner since it wasn't busy. Worker was in the back doing who knows what. 0 customer service didnt ask if we were eating in or taking to go just bagged our shit and didnt label anything. And the pricing?! I mean I get inflation but this shit isn't worth 5 dollars let alone what we spent for 2-6 in subs, 2 large drinks and a foot long pizza roll. Cheaper for a full meal at Dad's right next door and the service is far better. Do better Subway or just close your damn doors.

My last experience with this store, there was a rude lady working behind the counter. She took our order and told us to go sit down. This wasn't my historical experience with subway, but she refused to start making the sandwich until we complied. I only realized this because I got wilted salad, and slimy tomatoes. So she makes us sit down so we can't watch her put subpar ingredients on our sandwiches and then have the audacity to give us lip when I selected no tip from how she talked to me and my wife. She also didn't honor price matching when my online order refused to be payed for. I can go for a 15 dollar sandwich with much better customer service elsewhere. If the sandwiches where still 5 dollars, I might put up with that stupid snooty woman.
Before this girl made our sandwiches, I liked coming to this store, but since I cannot use online coupons, Subway is simply removed from my lunch rotation as it isn't worth the hassel anymore.

I have never waited so long at a subway before. I was here for 30 mins because the worker had to take everyone’s orders that got here AFTER me before actually starting my sandwiches. Once she took everyone’s order my sandwiches were out of the oven & were placed near the veggie section while she took yet another customers order. I’ve worked at a subway before & I know how fast the sandwiches get cold. I should not have had to wait for 30 mins when I was the only person in line when I got there. You take 3 orders max & finish them before you start to take someone else’s. There’s no point in trying to get everyone in if you’re not fast enough. Once she was wrapping my sandwiches, she forgets to cut one of them & decides to cut it with the paper already wrapped around it instead of taking it out, cutting it, then wrapping it the correct way. So annoying

So when you page a online order you are the last to get your order placed order sitting waiting when order was placed lady helped 6 others before starting mine subway in toppenish needs more then one person working with as busy as they get

Clean and efficient. But unbelievably skimpy on all toppings. Sandwich maker takes complete order and has you sit down so can not see how little toppings are used. Will not be back.
