Stopped in Trout Lake for a resupply while hiking the PCT. We wanted something other than the greasy spoon cafe in town (also tasty), so my husband and I made the 20 minute walk from the main part of town. 100% worth it.
The vibes are immaculate - the coolest, coziest historic space with uncompromised views of Mt Adam’s. The drinks were expertly poured and the food was delicious. Highly recommend.

Such a fun spot! This dance hall is a hidden gem in our small town. They bring in amazing performers and always have a great crowd, the energy is unbeatable. The drinks are strong, the food is delicious, and the atmosphere feels like a big celebration every time. They even surprised me with a free dessert for my birthday, which made the night extra special. Whether you’re dancing or just hanging out, it’s always a good time here!

Amazing lamb pita sandwich, drinks, and atmosphere. Loved playing bingo too!
We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect venue than Trout Lake Hall for our wedding day. The property is absolutely beautiful—with a rustic charm, open hay fields that made for stunning photos, and gorgeous mountain views. The in-house catering was phenomenal—every dish was fresh, flavorful, and received so many compliments from our guests. In particular, we loved the smoked brisket and strawberry rhubarb slab pie. The bar service was also a standout, with creative and unique drinks.
From start to finish, the team at Trout Lake Hall went above and beyond to make everything run smoothly. Ray, the owner, was welcoming and kind; Dana, our coordinator, was very helpful; and Tiara absolutely nailed the florals—everything matched our vision perfectly and captured the exact vibe we were going for. Everyone involved was helpful, responsive, and clearly cared about making our day special. We’re so grateful to have chosen this venue!

We were excited to eat here, but made the mistake of trusting the Google hours. They are not actually open on Mondays, so we weren’t able to eat here. The menu looks delicious though. I’ve submitted a request to Google to update the hours, but it looks like the Google hours are still wrong. Make sure you check their website before you go.
Perfect experience.

If you find yourself in Trout Lake, for whatever reason, go. The menu is small, no big decisions to be made. You will be able to find something and the view of the mountain makes it taste better. Local beer and cocktails and a vibe from another time. It’s amazing.

Lovely historic building. Music was great. Couldn’t understand a single word. Is that the venue or the mixer??
We had our wedding here and it was absolutely perfect. The vibe was great, the food was good, the staff and owners were wonderful, they had the setup for a band which was awesome and overall didn’t have a complaint. The venue was exactly what we needed and there were so many compliments from our guests on how perfect everything was!

Trout Lake Hall was the perfect venue for our Wedding Reception. We were married in private, but wanted to host a party for our close friends and family to celebrate our love. From the moment we first contacted them, the team was genuine, organized, and easy to work with. They listened to our needs and helped us create the beautiful, rustic, and relaxed atmosphere we were looking for. Trout Lake Hall handled almost everything in-house, which made the planning process a breeze, and they even connected us with fantastic local vendors for music, flowers, photography, and dessert that complemented the venue perfectly. Our celebration day went off without a hitch, and we couldn't have asked for a more perfect setting to celebrate our special day.

Went to the blind pilot concert tonight. Mixed emotions the hall was so cute, but the crowd that was there was more focused on their phones and chatting loud. Unpleasant hard to enjoy the show. Probably won’t be back, not sure if they want anyone outside of the area anyway.
