I highly recommend working with Roslyn. She has been so so professional and helpful throughout the process. With a caterer as experienced as Act3, a reliable point of contact is all you need, and Roslyn is that person! She is always responsive, communicates very clearly, and always gives great suggestion for our wedding catering plan!
All of their staff on the day of are also very friendly and all have good energy and I love that!
I do want to point out that mandatory additional fees are not low (more expensive than the food themselves), but I guess that’s just the norm in Seattle! That said, I do appreciate Act 3 for being transparent about those fees. Everything is written clearly on the contract, and Roslyn was very helpful answering my questions regarding those fees. If I’m to provide one piece of advice to Act 3 - maybe instead of giving one total staffing cost, providing an itemized cost would be clearer.
Overall I would recommend Act 3 to people who are looking for a wedding caterer! Things went so smoothly and I am very happy about that!

They were amazing at coordinating all our rentals (dance floor, bars, outside linens) and made the day a breeze. The drinks were amazing and they were able to accommodate outside cocktail recipes for us! They helped us figure out the correct number of bars and staff to make sure there was no backup. Our guests raved about how attentive the staff was during our cocktail hour and reception. The food was amazing - highly recommend the gorgonzola steak! Payment was easy and Devi helped break down costs for us every step along the way so there were no surprises. Overall such a lovely experience and team to help us have a great day. I was a type B bride, very edge of my seat, reserve things sight unseen and just hoping for the best. Choosing ACT 3 Catering for our reception was the best decision I made. We had 45 guests, buffet style, self-serve. Aside from the food being DELICIOUS, their variety was perfect for my carnivore and vegetarian guests. Perfect for our budget (we wanted the most expensive thing to be our food and even then, very well priced for the number of guests and selection of food) They were punctual with delivery, set everything up, explained how to switch out the trays etc. Overall, beginning to end, incredible experience.

We were able to select our linens through them. We also had their bartending service. Roslyn, our coordinator, is simply the BEST. We could not have done any of this without her guidance and understanding. She is a great member of the ACT3 team. Not only her but the entire staff the day of our wedding. They were so kind, personable, attentive, and professional. They went above and beyond to ensure our day was perfect. We often use lunch buffet options and are able to make edits to accommodate dietary needs.
