The catering staff and bar host were helpful for the first moment we got there for setup all way through the evening. My daughter was recently married at Robinswood House. ACT3 did the catering. The food and service were phenomenal! Truong & his team at ACT 3 Catering made the day go seamlessly. The set up was beautiful and the onsite service was outstanding. The lady that was in charge kept making sure we were alright. Truong was very helpful during the entire planning process, answered all our questions and helped explain what we didn't understand. The food was amazing, and we heard a lot of compliments from guests! The stuffed mushrooms and the salmon appetizers were awesome, but the best was the chicken in butternut squash and steak with gorgonzola butter. Snack trays were provided to the wedding party and a packed dinner was provided for the Bride and Groom for after the event.

I was referred to ACT 3 by a vendor that was not able to cater my wedding. I hired ACT 3 for the food and tables/chairs, and some light event planning. The planning process was very detailed and personalized. Seeing how it all came together, exceeded my expectations. I had the wedding at my house; the staff set up flawlessly in my kitchen and arranged the tables and decor in the backyard. They were attentive with our guests throughout the event, and set up desserts and after party snacks that I got from another vendor. The staff was kind and even cleaned up my kitchen and main living area! The appetizers and food were delicious: our guests were talking non stop about the salmon! I would recommend ACT 3 and would absolutely use them again for another event!
Our experience with Act 3 was very good. We worked with Roslyn during the planning stages and she was very helpful with picking out the serving style and options that worked best for our size and style of wedding. When it can to our wedding day the staff did a wonderful job getting everyone through the line quickly and reminding folks to go back for seconds! The only negative we ran into was when it can to my husband being served his meal. He is quite allergic to fish. And although the staff was informed of this allergy he was still brought a plate with salmon on it. We did ask for them to take it back and make a new plate for him and of course they remedied the mistake, it was just disappointing that the groom had to wait longer than others for his food. Other than that Act three ways a lovely company to work for and the day of staff was so kind and helped with so much, including a cake misshap which turned out beautifully!

When our venue gave us a short list of catering options to choose from we didn't really know what to expect. A non negotiable from our families was that the cuisine needed to be Asian. Out of all the caterers given, none of them offered Asian food. ACT3 went above and beyond and created a custom menu for us and even worked with us on pricing! A wedding is stressful itself but this catering company just adds SO MUCH MORE. they have been absolutely awful this whole wedding process. Starting off with having 3 different wedding coordinators during my 1 year planning my wedding, wouldn’t be surprised if they all quit because of how horrible they are. Overcharging and trying to scam me and my fiancé on everything, from our tasting, to our open bar. We just had our wedding this past weekend, the bartenders did not want to serve our guests AT ALL. they would ask for a drink and say they are “out” but there was a full bottle right next to them. Lazy, horrible, rude, I’m actually appalled how this whole company has handled the entirety of this situation. I wouldn’t wish this experience even to my worst enemy. I’m beyond disgusted and even post wedding conversations, i’m so dissatisfied. Please go somewhere else, I wasted my money and time on this company that could care less about their customers.
