Okay to start, I booked ACT 3 almost 2 years before my wedding and my coordinator Devi was thorough, responsive, and attentive that ENTIRE time. We chose ACT 3 after trying a couple other (more expensive) catering services and were blown away by the quality and customizability. We had several changes we needed made to various items and it was a no brainer.
When it came to rentals I had a very specific vision in mind and needed to mix and match from several rental companies but Devi managed it all seamlessly. I wish someone had captured our reaction to the dining room because we were absolutely blown away.
The food was incredible! We heard several times that night that it was the best wedding food our guests have had and wished they could take home extras. Everything was well seasoned and all our little requests were perfectly executed. We chose the premium bar option and it had a little something for everyone. We absolutely loved that we got a to go box so we could eat at the end of the night and the vendors were so appreciative of the generous portions.
The ACT 3 team was so incredibly attentive and on top of whatever we could need! At one point when I realized I hadn't gotten to have any deviled eggs, the team quickly hunted the last ones down and brought them to me. They were also so sweet in constantly making sure I had a drink and were sure to let me know when the champagne was running low so I didn't miss out on it.
I can't recommend ACT 3 for any special event enough!

We hired Act 3 first to do our daughter's wedding dinner. They did a wonderful job and the food was done so well. We even had a few special diets that they accommodated for us - 1 diabetic, 3 vegetarian and 1 vegan. I called about a month before the wedding and spoke to Truong about catering boxed breakfast for 15 people who were on site at the venue at 8am plus boxed lunches for 32 people which included all the family and wedding party. I highly recommend working with Roslyn. She has been so so professional and helpful throughout the process. With a caterer as experienced as Act3, a reliable point of contact is all you need, and Roslyn is that person! She is always responsive, communicates very clearly, and always gives great suggestion for our wedding catering plan!
All of their staff on the day of are also very friendly and all have good energy and I love that!
I do want to point out that mandatory additional fees are not low (more expensive than the food themselves), but I guess that’s just the norm in Seattle! That said, I do appreciate Act 3 for being transparent about those fees. Everything is written clearly on the contract, and Roslyn was very helpful answering my questions regarding those fees. If I’m to provide one piece of advice to Act 3 - maybe instead of giving one total staffing cost, providing an itemized cost would be clearer.
Overall I would recommend Act 3 to people who are looking for a wedding caterer! Things went so smoothly and I am very happy about that!
