Didn't even get to chance to taste their food. There was no hostess. Waited ten minutes before we asked the bartender if we could sit in the bar and we got a very nasty attitude from her. We left

Great place to get a late night meal. The staff was very nice and made me feel like I was a regular. I had the big bacon burger and mozzarella sticks, it was cooked just right and tasted great.

Broken toilet, server kept forgetting things. We got a sundae which was just vanilla ice cream and nothing else. Won't be back for a while, if at all.

Ordered steak medium but it arrived extremely well done and tough. Mgr immediately ordered another and it arrived quickly. To his credit, he was patrolling the entire place checking with people.

Shoutout to Jack—our super fantastic server! Since it was a busy Saturday- he was all over the place servin a bunch of tables but still made us feel genuinely taken care of from start to finish. Big thanks to JC and the restaurant manager for delivering our food in record time—everything was hot and perfect! 🔥

I had the Quesadilla Salad and it was absolutely fire! We couldn’t resist the half-off apps, so you know we inhaled those wonton tacos. The rack of ribs? Slammin’ good! 😋

Jack also hit it out of the park with the dessert reco—that Lava Cake with ice cream was the perfect sweet ending to our night. And let’s not forget… he kept my lemons coming for my water on the rocks all night long! 😂 💧Also, he was super attentive to my 7-year old daughter for every request she made! She was lovin' her bottomless Strawberry Lemonade!

Truly 5-star service across the board. We’ll definitely be back. 🙌

What is happening to alpple bee’s customer service in south center , I was there on Sunday 7-12-25 , got there around 3:30 pm , waited about 10 minutes before someone show up at the front desk , service was very slow ,that was my first bad experience , now today 7-16-25 my son wanted to go there today we order 2per $25 deal , and was charged additional for I don’t know what , waiter did not disclose additional chargers , full me once shame on you , my love for you is over , not a happy customer

I went to eat yesterday and asked for the promotion of all you can eat $15.99 the dishes of the promotion are good, but as you make more refill they bring you less and less fries, the fries are very good, the bbq rib lets are delicious, the boneless are good and in my opinion the chicken tenders leave something to be desired, the service in general was regular, there are 2 guys who are good, the bad thing is that they did not serve me, I was served by 2 young people who were really very lazy you could see their desire not to work, in general the service could have been better but I had a good time.

One of the best places to go on Veteran's day. They give you plenty of options and the only place that decorated and made it feel like an actual holiday. Great service. I will be coming back every year.

We went Sunday afternoon. We were greeted promptly at the door. The restaurant is clean and everyone we encountered was friendly. Our server was Shaileen. She was very friendly, knowledgeable, snd attentive. She provided outstanding service. I have been served by her in the past and was happy to see she was our server this time as well! The food and drinks were good. We will be back!
