I usually visit Applebee's in Federal Way because it's closer to where I live. However, their customer service is the worst—no greetings, the staff are often in a bad mood, very rude, and unfriendly. As a result, I stopped going there. Today, while shopping at South Center, my kids wanted to eat at Applebee's, so I visited their South Center location. I was surprised by how excellent the service was; the server was very friendly, patient, and polite. I truly appreciated everything—the food was fresh, and we had an amazing time. Even my kids noticed the nice behavior and asked me to visit this location in the future. Thank you for your outstanding and wonderful customer service.

Got the 3 appetizers and sauce special and my sister in law got small riblet plates. The riblets were ok, would have been better if they were hot, they were like Luke warm. She ordered the dirty Pepsi and they did not put on maraschino cherries so had to ask for that from another person since waiter kinda scarce. I got the Pina colada with flavor swirl and it really had no alcohol to it tasted more like a virgin style. The appetizers platter was good. The Pepsi my daughter got tasted funny too

Terrible experience today. Waiter was slow and seemed high. He forgot to include 2 dishes in our order. Salads were old and barely edible, steaks were oversalted, broccoli were substituted for green beans without notice.
