Today, I took my child to buy this ice cream. It was our first time at this store. We bought two scoops, which cost $10.78. I gave the server $20.78. She return me $8 in change. I asked her if she had made a mistake, and she impatiently said that next time when you give cash, you should tell me how much you giving and how much I need to gave back to you .Terrible service. The server blamed the customer for her mistake and walked away impatiently. It happened on March 22, 2025.It is a girl server.

We asked for a tasting, and the rep was very rude replied they don't do that anymore and also served us badly, I wanted to buy more, but rep's behavior was a total turn-off, so I only bought 1 scoop for my child. Me and my spouse did not get anything. I know I might not be your biggest customer, but I always used to get your ice cream when I got to the mall, but now, not anymore

Terrible , we ordered a banana split and the worker said that the splits come with kid scoops afterwards ...it was the smallest treat ever ...I won't be back ...I didn't pay a kid price so I wasn't expecting kid scoops ...ridiculousness

When I went recently they didn't allow me to try any samples. For an ice-cream shop that's very annoying. Their strawberry cheesecake ice-cream's pretty good though.
