Ben & Jerry’s

One of the worst places I have ever been ,extremely unprofessional management horrible. I ask what’s the price? She said it’s on the screen can’t you see it... I said if you are selling you should be able to tell people what you’re charging them for, she took my money and throw to change on me. I asked to speak to the manager when he got there he seem to not care about anything I had to say. If you have problem at that BEN AND JERRY please fix it yourself the management don’t care.

Mona’s customer service was horrible. I asked her to breakdown the charges and she had an attitude. She threw my change back at me and ran away when I tried to confront her. The manager on duty at the time didn’t even seem to care or apologize.

Service was awesome and so kind and the place looks nice and neat and the ice cream is so good. 10/10

I came here on Christmas Eve I told them that I am deathly allergic to nuts. Amber helped me out by washing the scoop spoon, putting on gloves, and taking the time to help me choose a flavor that is safe for me. Thank you so much Amber!

Enjoyed the icecream needs to be remodeled.
