The peaple are great
A friend and I happened upon Best Cafe and Teriyaki while looking for lunch in the area. This is a good neighborhood place to eat. There's nothing fancy here but the prices are reasonable and the food is good. The place is easy to find with parking in front of and behind the building. The woman taking my order suggested the special which was very good. If you're looking for a good, cheap bite to eat and can live with limited ambiance, then consider trying Best Cafe and Teriyaki.
Just teriyaki like every other. The staff acted like they were doing me a favor by serving my. I will go again because of convenience. But I wouldn't go out of my way

I've only ever ordered 1 item here (spicy beef teriyaki) but it is so good. The beef is perfectly tender and the spice level is always spot on. Enough to kick you in the mouth a bit but not so much that its unbearably hot and you can't eat it.
Veggie fried rice w chicken or tofu....unbelievably tasty.
Chicken Yakisoba is stellar. Fresh veggies and juicy chicken. One of my top 5
The prices are somewhat high. The place is a bit dingey / dirty. They do have an excellent food safety rating. There's few food options available within a half mile.
Fish and chips .... not good. Wife's shrimp was ok... not good. Egg roll also just ok, it had a weird peppery taste. Should of had a burger, heard those are good.
