Our server could not have been any less enthusiastic with our family party of 5. We were celebrating my daughter's 41st birthday and I notified the restaurant both on my reservation and when we met our server. Our server never even said “Happy Birthday”, let alone offer a complimentary dessert. Our bill was over $400 with tip...very disappointing. The bright spot was a young woman who brought some of our food who was personable and friendly...what a concept!

Incredible seafood and excellent service. Our meal was a paced experience and we never felt rushed. The appetizers, while, good, did not live up to the quality of the salmon entrees. Make sure you try the Marionberry pie for dessert.

Great gluten free options! I travel a lot and I have celiac. When you find a good place, you go again and again. Dukes is great! Jennie the bartender was attentive and well informed about my allergies. Lobster bisque was AMAZING and yes, gluten free. Gluten free carrot cake was also amazing and good enough to fool gluten eaters

Food was very good as was the service. The only problem was that the food was very expensive.

We were seated in the bar, which we have enjoyed before. Perhaps it was a lack of staff, but after our order was placed, our service was non existent. I had to ask for water to be refreshed more than once and when it came time for the bill to be paid, it took forever. As a result our cash tip was less than we would normally leave. We will definitely return and support other locations but in this instance I felt the need to share the experience.

I made a reservation for 8:15 mid week dinner. We were visiting from out of town and thought we'd try a local Seattle chain at the mall near the hotel we were staying at. The dining room didn't look crowded but the hostess seated us right next to the bar, which was very noisy and not the ambience of a seafood restaurant at all. There was no assigned server to our table so the busy bartender was doing double duty and we finally flagged down a server on the way to the kitchen past our table to ask for service. Food was OK, without many choices if you think you're going to spend “$30 and Under $$”. Wouldn't go back here, even if we were seated in the dining room as requested thru Open table.

The new chef has some amazing new dishes . . we would love to have back the macadamia Halibut with the hazelnut buerre blanc sauce. Megan was an incredible server! Loved the food!

Dukes always is a win! Went for birthday dinner with friends and the service was excellent. Food was cooked to perfection, fish & chips; hamburger and crab cake sandwich were amazing! Took advantage of Happy Hour pricing for some of the food and drink which helped with the cost. Highly recommend and will go back again! The fish and chips are unparalleled! And yesterday our server was absolutely on point! Thank you for such a lovely meal.

The restaurant was simply too noisy for my wife and I to be able to converse. We may try one more time if there is a table in a less noisy spot in the restaurant. The food and service was good. But the noise hurt my ears.

Dukes is always an enjoyable place to eat. We ordered the salmon sliders, clam chowder soup and the cod tacos. The salmon sliders is my favorite appetizer dish. And, of course, the clam chowder is the best there is. Our server, Jose, was great. He was helpful, informative and attentive. He did a super job.

Sat in a small dining area. Hard to get waiters attention. When he did come he was pleasant. Need to be aware and make it a point to check in

We had a great dining experience at Duke's. My wife's cioppino had tons of fresh seafood and was excellent. I tried their famous chowder and signature ceasar salad. They were delicious as well. My seared salmon entree was a bit dry, but tasty.

Met a friend for lunch at Dukes - Southcenter. It was excellent all the way around. I love their seafood menu and the quality of the food. Service was great too. I would definitely recommend.
