Spent over $35.00 on 2 Boba and food/treats @ Southcenter location, both Boba orders were made wrong. This mistake was not discovered until I got home and there is no phone number listed for any location to complain.
Good boba tea! Nice customer service.
Sooo good and was half sugar!!!
Shoutout the closing team. W peppa pig
So I stopped by this quaint little boba shop in Tukwila and it was well worth having to hold my pee for. This is definitely a big girl cup and chugging it while driving to Bellevue was kind of asking for trouble. But I enjoyed every second of it. The customer service was delightful and the flavors were so fun!
Friendly staff - good boba tea. What else to say?
3 stars only because I like their drinks. This location however had a horrible smell while I was there. It was a mix between Bleach and fresh paint, but I honestly couldn’t tell what it was. I still have a pounding headache from the 10 minutes I spent inside.
We ordered Mango Milk tea. This is not made of milk, nor tea, nor mango. This tastes just yellow powder mixed with sugar water. Not sure what this thing is, it’s the worst mango milk tea I had, will never come here again.
Awesome
The guy at the counter literally was staring at me like a damn germ soon as I walked up felt like I didn’t belong worst experience with me being a customer of bobalust for the past 2yrs now.

Customer service could be more welcoming. I walked in and the cashier just stared at me until I ordered, it would've been less awkward if I'd been greeted or at least smiled at. I ordered three drinks and two macarons, total was around $34 after tip. I received the macarons immediately after ordering, oreo and ube flavor. They were really not good at all. The ube tasted like the inside of a fridge. The oreo one tasted like artifical chocolate. No problem, it was a first try and now I know not to get them again.
Then came the drinks. I usually order at the Tacoma location, the Jasmine milk tea with oreo crumbles. What I received here was a very transparent colored drink, and it tasted like straight water with oreo crumbs. I looked around at other customers' milk teas and they looked much more milky. I stood in line to inform them of the issue. The guy looked at me with a blank face with no apology and called over who I believe was the manager.
I explained the issue and she also did not apologize or acknowledge the fact that the drink was clearly off. She agreed to replacedthe drink. I asked if it was possible to get the OG Milk tea instead, without the oreo. She said it was okay, I really appreciate her for that as I hate bringing up issues at all as customer, anywhere. She then asked if I'd like light ice. I said regular was okay. The issue was never with the ice level of my original drink which seemed to be implied. I received it already watered down. I am adding a star because I heard her ask them to make my tea on the fly so I did not have to wait long at all. The new tea tasted a bit watered down too, but still better than the first. Maybe the flavors are just not as bold at this location.
Unfortunately this visit fell short to me, and I will not be returning. Had I gotten a more sympathetic experience or even a bit more of a good vibe from the cashier, I would try again.
Really good Boba tonight. Good flavor. Nice service.
Ordered the chamolly with honey boba. Maybe I ordered the wrong thing but this drink was terrible. Only took about 10 sips before I threw the entire thing away. The boba was not soft. Also honey apparently means super sweet syrup. The entire drink tasted artifical and not really fruity. I cannot recommend this place to anyone.
Love their original Thai Tea original Boba !
