It was alright a few years ago, but when I visited recently, the pot I got was 95 percent cabbage with barely any meat. Pretty disappointed considering I paid almost 30 dollars after taxes and tips.

I order the beef soup with a side of fish cakes. I picked out all of the beef as it was really low quality meat. The scraps that you throw away when you trim meat was in this soup, fat and cartilage. $30.00 for this quality food is audacity.

The wait was way longer than expected. Even though it was a fairly empty Sunday afternoon, we waited about an hour. People were leaving, but no new guests were being seated. The wait-time machine was still broken, just like the last time I visited, which made things even more confusing. If the estimated wait is over 30 minutes, Iād honestly recommend driving to the Seattle location insteadāitāll probably end up being much longer here. Donāt waste your time.

First time at this Boiling Point location. I always like Seattle BPs compared to the Cali ones. This one might be an exception.
This location is a lot more busy than others for whatever reason. So the wait can get long. Service was really slow and inattentive.
I always get the curry fish ball. Food wise was ok. Seemed like portions were significantly smaller too.
Parking here is a huge pain during peak hours.

Horrible waitlist process. Like another reviewer mentioned unable to get through the website for waitlist. Followed all instructions and still shows location off. Consider myself pretty tech savvy. Should not be this difficult. Will be avoiding this location until they switch up the waitlist process.

There is a new pot on the menu; Japanese Miso pot, it tasted so good, better than the house speical I used to order.

But The male employee, looks like heās of Latino descent, that works around the front desk who manages seating groped my wifeās hand while she was paying at the register and made comments that made her feel uncomfortable. she felt weird and disgusted by this. I didnāt wanna cause a scene at the lovely restaurant but had to leave this review here.

I always order the miso soup whenever I come here because the flavor used to be unique and comforting. I didnāt realize the miso recipe and some of the proteins had been changed, but unfortunately the new version tastes like regular grocery-store miso. The crab meat was also disappointing. If you loved the old miso like I did, you might want to consider something else for now. I really hope the restaurant brings back the original miso flavorāit was so much better.
