Overall the experience was nice. I’m not a big fan of the concept but I have it a try. The service was excellent and the food was overall good. Think you should give it a try and see for yourself

The wait was 30 mins on Saturday evening. The certain pot has a bigger size. The ingredients and portion of food were a lot. Lots of meats which are good. However, I found a huge paper in the pot. The staff were very helpful to remove the pot for me. I had a great dining experience, and liked their sauces. What I did not expect was that four out of five of us ended up having stomach ache and diarrhea. We suspect the sauces could be contaminated.

Had to leave shortly after sitting down. The whole place reeks of gas because everyone has individual stoves and there's improper ventilation. Noise from the kitchen is very loud and the seating is very uncomfortable. I'm sure their food is fine, as it's a chain of restaurants, but dining in was intolerable. Will continue to go to Happy Lamb in Chinatown instead. Comfier, quieter, better prices, and does not smell of gas.

We love the food. Getting a table can be a long wait sometimes. They do not have air curtain so the tables right at the entry are the worst to dine in.

Take too long to be seat, and when we were been seat, they put us right in the front: every time someone opened the door the cold air just blow in, the room is too small, my chair keep getting kick by the people go by. 👎

I got a flu and I cant go out.
Since am always a fan of boiling point, i placed my order on doordash.
By somehow door dash dont have the mushroom soup choice, so I ordered the beef and called the restaurant to confirm to help me change the order.
Instead of saying yes or no, he hung up, and canceled my order on doordash ^^
Thank you…. For your service. ^^

Whenever I don’t know what to eat, Boiling Point is always the best option. This place is also my comfort zone in the winter. I tried all of the flavors and my top 3 is Thai Tomato, Korean Bean Paste, and Miso. Mild and Medium are recommended for spicy level if you don’t wanna burn your stomach. All of the hotpots come with a lot of toppings. Their Hokkaido Milk Tea is also a must 🥰 The wait during rush hours is at least 45 minutes. We came at 9PM so the wait was 30ish minutes. You can come to join the waitlist then leave until receive the message from them (when your table is ready).

I’m not really a hot pot person but it was definitely a fun dining experience with friends!

I've gone here multiple times, and each time the service gets worse. I understand it's rush hour, but not being able to flag down anyone for ten minutes really sucks, especially when the broth is completely gone and everything at the bottom is burning. The menu said they could refill your broth; however, the one time I asked, they refilled it with water. I'm unsure if that's what the menu meant by "refill." I would come here more often, but the unfriendly service has turned off any appetite I have for this place.

Food was good, comes fast.
Service was good but at the end Michelle was pushing us to pay before we were even done with our dinner.

Food is great, but as prices continue to increase, I can't say this is a full 5* as value isn't exactly there. $20 entre but you could also go for ramen and pho for less if you're looking for hot soup based lunch/dinner. It's good, but not $20+ good

Please keep Hokkaido milk tea as a regular menu item. not just a temporary special.

Wait longer time than it claimed. The queuing system claimed there were 10 tables ahead of us, but actually there were more than 20.

I have to agree with some of the other reviews that mentioned the broth is a bit bland.
I’ve been to the Bellevue and Downtown locations more times than I can count and they’ve been great every time. This was my first time trying the Tukwila location and it was just okay. I found myself reaching for the sauces more to compensate.
