I love cheese curds! Today I ordered them instead of fries…paid a little extra for them. I ordered on the app and drove 30 minutes away to get my order. When I returned home, I pulled them out and, as soon as I opened the box, I could smell the old burnt grease! They look amazing, but I could not eat them, because they are soaked in old grease. I am disappointed, because of all the food, this is the one thing I really looked forward to! The rest of the food was great!

I was there for approximately 1 hour. I signed up to be served, my family and I were never served. That was just now. I asked the lady who was in customer service where I was going to get a table and she told me we were waiting for your table. People were coming in and out and they never served me. We were 8 people. How disappointing to see empty tables and us having to endure very bad service.

My husband was there 2 weekends ago to get a delivery order. He was working for ubereats and the wait was long. Waited for 20 to 25 minutes and nobody asking him or letting him know what was taking so long and also there was two other men who were waiting for orders to be delivered and were working for doordash and they had been there longer than he was one had been waiting for 30 minutes. Service was not friendly or efficient

Extremely disappointing experience consistently. I’ve been to this Buffalo Wild Wings location about three times now, and every single visit has involved waiting over an hour to be seated or served. Today was the last straw, we watched multiple groups leave due to lack of service. Tables were open and we were still left completely unattended. There’s clearly a serious issue with management and staffing here. If I could give zero stars, I would. Do better.

Never ever come here, they have a staff of 4 people on total and nobody is at the takeout counter, people find a table by themselves, the wait is horrendous. Its not worth overall

If I could give zero stars I would. This horrible experience started with taking 20 minutes just for drink orders to be taken. After they were taken it was another 15 before they were brought to us. My girlfriend and I were both served dirty, grimy glasses that we noticed only after I had drank half of my beer. After politely asking for them to be replaced, my girlfriend my girlfriend was brought a clean glass, and I was brought another dirty one.
We opted to get shots instead after this, where we found tiny red flakes that were reminiscent of fruit flies in the shot glass, after we drank them. We complained yet again and the server by the name of Satish I believe, said he would get his manager to come talk to us.
After 30 minutes of waiting for a manager, and no food being brought to us, all we had ordered was a side of cheese curds, we simply walked out.
Overall a terrible experience and this location is a stain on an otherwise respected franchise. Do yourself a favor and skip this location, god knows what was in my shot glass but I most certainly felt ill that night.

The lower reviews appear to be largely the takeout/delivery service, which I can't comment on. We dined in, and were fortunate enough to be served by Abigail Lyn.
Friendly. Fast. Efficient. The food was spot on, the whole thing was perfect. If you like great service, solid food, good beer, and overdosing on sport...

Took us an hour and 40 minutes to get our first order of wings at all you can eat prices and then took us another Hour and a half to get our next order only ended up getting 22 wings in four hours of waiting. It was just me and my buddy and we each got the same exact thing every single time we ordered still took four hours. Our server was amazing clearly swamped and had too many tables but the time it took for me to get food was unacceptable. Do not go here unless you wanna waste four hours of your time for mediocre food and uncomfortable chairs. When I was paying the best they could do was offer coupons that only work if you spend more money. The drive in traffic over it was more enjoyable than actually eating.
If you don't want to further stress your hunger, find another place. I ordered my wings with buffalo sauce and they came dry, with no spice at all. Garbage service. I pay, I don't ask for free.

Ordered @5pm for a 7:30 pick up, arrived @7:20pm then waited for around 2 hours at front desk. Got home at 9pm before finally getting to eat. The front desk person first said at 8pm that his partner overlooked our order so it didn’t get thru at beginning (we were still feeling ok at that time). But then we waited for another 1.5 hours after our order was reinstated. We were eventually informed we’d get a full refund but I got charged (fine by me in terms of being charged but plz just don’t say you’ll do something if you won’t do it). The store was kind enough to give us a fries for free but it actually tasted like paper.. The store also gave my partner a free drink while we waiting (very much appreciated) but at the end of the day it’s not dealing with the root cause of customer satisfaction. While we waiting we also noticed employees said they forgot to put something in a customer’s takeout bag.. after that customer left. I feel like the manager can’t manage the store and human capital effectively so maybe hire a more competent one. It strongly hurts the brand from an org dev perspective. For those who don’t mind waiting you may come, but I definitely will not come anymore.

Severely understaffed. Sat quickly but waited 30 minutes before our server got our orders in. Food came out at different times for our entire party. 20-30 minutes difference between receiving orders. Wasn’t even busy. Dinner experience from sit down to check out took 3 hours. Server was friendly and doing best he could. But Management needs to do something to address wait times, 3 hours is ridiculous.
