Waited to be seated waiters saw us and did not direct us to seat so we picked empty spot waited 15 mins and no service place was basically empty so we left will never return to this location.

Came in with my kids we usually love Buffalo wild wings, But this location had small flies everywhere Which indicates It’s not a clean restaurant… it was kind of hard to eat with flies everywhereOur fries were super cold Service was slow … Will not be back at this location

only giving it three stars because our server was so nice and the food isn’t bad. My husband and I were waiting at the front and we were the only ones in the front for awhile until another group came in. The hostess/ to go lady didn’t even bother to ask us who came first but immediately asked the other group how many. When we kindly suggested we were there first because she didn’t ask us how many our party was for, she just looked at us and said okay then was rude the whole time walking us back to our table. When we said thank you, she didn’t even look at us or say anything and just threw the menu’s on the table. My husband and I both work at restaurants so we understand having a bad day but it’s not like we’re the reason for it. We are still paying customers who weren’t rude or did anything offensive. Was about to walk out and leave but our server was very nice.

The wings and burgers were a lot of food. Very tasty indeed.The service was fantastic. She was a joy. We tipped very generously.The atmosphere is a sports environment. The music is very loud. We couldn't talk normally. We had to raise our voices a bit to hear each other.It's not crazy loud, I guess it's normal for a sports themed restaurant.

What a place to be on Friday night with friends and family!My favorite is the dry rub salt and vinegar. Also enjoy the naked bone-ins along with Asian zing sauce.Adding coors light from tap, Friday night just too damn good to be true.Only minus point here is the short of staff. Visited around 6PM, took about 15 mins refill of beer.

3/31/2024 12:30 am (Pickup Order)- Rude and unknowledgeable waiters- Ordering for pickup is extremely slow- No one knows what they're doing- Chicken has very little sauce- Fries dried out and small- No napkins or utensils addedWaved and called out for help multiple times but every waiter and waitress glanced then hurriedly ran past ?When asking any simple question (hey, I have a pickup order, when will it be ready? ?) a male waiter would respond with the same line "I'm sorry man, I just wait tables I don't know how to handle that stuff " In the end we had to wait for 55 minutes to finally get small dried out fries w/ no cheese, no carrots/celery, no utensils/napkins, and chicken with a little dab of sauce.Also, this place at the time was only at less than half capacity ??♀️?

Usually don't leave bad reviews but one of the worst experiences ever would give 0 stars if I could. Ordered for pick up and had to wait an extra hour after my designated pick up time. Two other customers were there before me and had to wait even longer. After asking a server for updates or help it took 20-25 minutes for someone to assist.No one had the courtesy to at least say that they were running an hour behind until they brought up the pick up orders. I was so frustrated I didn't even check my bag before I left and they didn't even give me everything I ordered. Disappointing for a popular food franchise.

Very bad service.. and cold food. Big Place. No floor coverage. 3-21-2024. 12:00-2:00 pmI hardly ever leave ratings. But you gotta hear this. We waited 45 or more minutes for drinks.We ordered. 30 min later Cold fries hard as a brick. From like the night before.Lady had a very strange cocky attitude. Like we were stupid. Asked for warm fries. Never came. Brought us the Bill has to ask to take the fries off. But we were full from the luke warm wings. Hahah... no. Im not making this up.

If you are looking to watch a game with friends or enjoy some spicy wing at a different scale… then this is the right place to go… you have a good variety of spicy sauces to add to your wing and plenty of different beers to pair with.I beleve they have a very convenient happy hour after 9pm with good discount to enjoy..cheers.
