I had a pretty good visit tbh. I ordered via the app but was just outside the location when I did and went inside as soon as I was done. I was greeted by a very nice Latina working at the front counter. She got the order put together and I was on my way in under 3 mins . My food was freshly prepared and delicious. I definitely will eat here again soon

I ordered through the app, the drove 10 minutes to pick up my food. I waited 3 minutes at the drive thru order speaker, then almost 10 at the window while they MADE MY ORDER. The onion rings were soggy and the burger overdone. Won't be going back to this location.

I asked for two sauces and the manager says I can only get one. I ordered three burgers, why can't I get two sauces? What is with Burger King being so stiffy about sauces? Now this is the second Burger King that's on my list to not go to. The other one is the one in Issaquah. They have bad attitudes over there for some reason as well. BK just hires employees with bad attitudes including managers I guess. Instead of arguing, I take it as my calling to stop eating at fast food places and start cooking more from home. It's not good for us anyway.

This was overall an above average experience. I paid a reasonable price for food that was fresh, and service that was quick and polite. The melt was excellent, easily the best part. My only real complaint is that the cheesy tots are very dry, but I don't think that's the fault of this location. Overall would return. Restrooms don't require a key or a code, so that's a pleasant surprise, especially for this area.

Bad service! My granddaughter asked for 5 duo chicken fries, whopper and a coke. She just got a whopper. Asked for where her chicken fries order? She said that we didn’t order it. And she start arguing.

Just got home with my to go order and instead of a burger and fries I just had two orders of fries. I knew I should have checked it before leaving because the crew was mumbling nonsense over the intercom.

I went through the drive through here and they took my payment and then walked away to get the food before giving me my card back. The card was one that is rarely used. Within 2 days there was a fraudulent charge of $427 by ebay on this card. I tried to call them but no one answers the phone. If you go here, pay cash or watch your card closely.
