I should have read the reviews before using their "mobile thru" lane. You scan the code to let them know you have arrived to pick up a mobile order, but after I did, I sat there and watched 4 others in the regular drive through order and receive their food. I had to shout to get someone to acknowledge me. I asked the server why it took so much longer than the regular drive through, and he said he didn't know, but sometimes a complicated order takes longer. I ordered 4 strips and fries! After all of that, it was 9 minutes from "check in" to receiving food - and they gave the wrong sauce and a drink I didn't order, and zero apology. Long story short, beware the mobile drive thru. You're better off in the regular order line.

Fast service but lacking in quality control. Multiple sub-optimal drive thru experiences. Buns are dry like they have been sitting out for hours. Fries contain one legit fry and the rest is little fragments mashed in the box.

After coming to this location for several years, I’m disappointed to say that I will not be returning anytime soon.
It started in October, when I found a single waffle fry in my fries that was completely green. Sadly didn’t realize it until I bit into it. It tasted like nail polish or some weird alcohol. I actually thought I had been poisoned. I brought this up with a staff member, who only offered to get me new fries. They didn’t offer to compensate me. For the next few weeks, I never ordered the fries again.
Well, I recently decided to give it a go again, but this time, over HALF of my fries were green!
I know this isn’t this location’s fault per se, but quality control is an obvious issue. On top of this, my food is sometimes lukewarm now and the quality of the chicken has gone downhill as well. The breaded chicken specifically tastes awful now. I’m not sure if they’ve changed the oil they fry it in, or if it’s the actual recipe, but it definitely tastes funky and expired now.
I can’t trust this restaurant anymore. The food is sadly not the quality it used to be.
We've used Chick-fil-A catering a few times now. excellent food and excellent customer service. This is one of our favorite places to order from for Business Meetings.

I had the pleasure of visiting this place recently, and while the food was good, what truly stood out was the incredible service from one of the employees, Rowan. From the moment I walked in, I noticed how this person was everywhere at once—taking orders, running food, helping teammates, all while keeping a warm and genuine smile.
What really impressed me, though, was a moment of true kindness and professionalism. A blind customer needed assistance finding the restroom, and without hesitation, this employee stepped in with grace and skill, offering their arm and guiding him with respect and care. It wasn’t just about helping; it was how naturally and thoughtfully they did it, making sure the customer felt comfortable every step of the way.
Rowan is an asset to this place, and I hope their hard work is recognized.
