ITs overall the same as other Chick-fil-A, there is room for better hygiene control. I've always received my order fairly quickly and accurately in case of larger orders. Though at times we have found a thing or two here and there which may be ignorable but can be improved.

Won't allow you to order lunch menu items even though youre willing to wait. Many other Chick-fil-A locations have NO PROBLEM if you want lunch before 1030. This store/manager, is NO GOOD. Serve lunch whenever a customers asks or go work at McDonald's. Chick-fil-A is known to have superior service. If their service starts to go down hill like this location, I will not eat at Chick-fil-A anymore. Do right by your customers, or lose money.

Very nice staff and great service, fresh and hot food. However, the layout of this location for drive thru is very weird and creates a terrible traffic situation sometimes. The staff stand outdoors in the drive thru line to take orders and hand them out and have high vis garments for safety but are basically completely unprotected if something were to happen. Why does Chik Fil A insist on putting their people at risk for the sake of a slightly more efficient drive thru? This efficiency could be accomplished with 2 menu boards and an extra 2 way speaker. The ipads and wireless payment devices fail all the time anyway! McDonald’s figured this out 2 decades ago. I’m really not looking for a “drive-in” experience. Making your staff operate this way is insane. Please stop putting your employees in danger for marginally faster drive thru times! It’s 80 degrees outside, you psychos!! Let them use a damn headset indoors!

I don’t normally do reviews on fast food joints but this was one worthy of a review for 1 simple reason. I may have just found the only Chic-Fil-A that does not have any mustard. Seriously. I love mustard on my sandwich and they do not have any. That cost them 1 star on the food. Staff was as polite as every other Chi-Fil-A. Food tasted great and ambiance was typical of Chic-Fil-A. But NO MUSTARD!!!!! Dang my bad luck.
