Tables were dirty, counter by where you pay was dirty, counter where they cook up meat dirty. This is my 2nd trip with it like this. Chicken wasnt
Even cut huge pieces about 3-4 inches long
. Chicken tasted
A bit rubbery not fully cooked taste. Person ringing us up was asked to get lettuce for grand daughters tacos and she used her gloved hand to grab but she was at
Register and touched other surfaces with her gloved hand . This is by far
The worst Chilpolte. The place
Wasn't even busy and you could see others just standing in the back.

I went to Chipotle today, and it really made me wonder who’s teaching the servers about customer service these days? The food was great, fresh, and on point, but when it comes to the people side of things… are we just letting anyone work without real training?

It feels like we’ve stopped investing in workshops or guidance on customer service flow especially from someone who understands what it means to truly serve the public. Customer service isn’t just about completing a transaction; it’s about creating a welcoming experience for the community.

When I walk in, I want to feel a friendly vibe, like, “Hey, glad you’re here!” Not just, “What do you want?” If I’m coming in hungry and ready to eat, meet me with the same energy. We have to do better at making people feel valued from the moment they walk through the door.

Not worth of money. Serving desk staff not putting good quantity in veggie bowls. They put a half serving spoon of rice and a half spoon of beans. I feel very embarrassed to ask more. I request management, everyone is the value of money. So pls , if you are not good with the price , you can increase the price but provide good quality and quantity.

Chipotle: Customizable, Filling, and Reliable — A Solid First Meal in the U.S.

After landing, I initially planned to eat at Five Guys — but since nearly everything there is beef-based, I decided to skip it. Instead, I went to Chipotle Mexican Grill and ordered a chicken burrito. It turned out to be way more filling and satisfying than I expected.

The burrito was massive — stuffed with rice, beans, grilled chicken, salsa, and other toppings, all tightly rolled and packed. I only made it halfway before feeling completely full. I had also ordered fries on impulse… and quickly surrendered. For someone jet-lagged and just off a flight, it was like a survival kit in food form.

Chipotle is often known as “fast-food-style Mexican cuisine” in the U.S., praised for its fresh ingredients and full customization. It’s also quite diet-friendly — great for those avoiding beef, dairy, or even going vegetarian. You can build your own meal with white or brown rice, or even cauliflower rice, plus proteins like chicken, steak, tofu, or veggies.

Some reviewers do mention minor issues — rice can be too wet or too dry depending on the day, and burrito wrapping depends on the staff. Still, overall, it’s a reliable and satisfying choice that’s quick, filling, and full of flavor.

If you’re just arriving in the U.S. and want a safe bet that won’t disappoint, Chipotle is definitely a solid go-to.

Recent visit I found consistency on food quality, also experienced that the burito preparer let fall down it when I asked to add a topping ( I did not appreciate that )...

The girl who was working there was mopping the floor and didn’t wash her hands and went straight to the cheese. She didn’t change her gloves nor wash her hands. Very unsanitary eating there.

Not a great experience. The place was empty, yet all the tables were covered in food and various trash. My spoon full of guac had half of an unripe avacado in it. An entire half that was so hard I could barely stab it with a fork to throw it away. Chipotle overall is great, maybe just pick a different location.
