Chipotle Mexican Grill

Good fresh food. My burrito bowl last me for 2 meals. I don't get meat or the cooked veggies. They always make it just the way I like it. I have a friend I brought with me about a year ago and she is hooked as well.😋😊

Employees are working SO hard! It was a busy day with lots of customers and orders coming through and they got me taken care of very quickly and efficiently. The food was warm, my order was correct, and it tasted great!

The food is pretty standard for Chipotle. And the staff is unfriendly and not trained well at the register.

I’ve been to numerous Chipotle restaurants, and this particular one is definitely below par. The staff is not friendly at all and not particularly efficient, and my family and I all felt that our portion sizes were smaller than typical Chipotle restaurants. We won’t return to this one.

Took my online pickup order. Said my order was ready. Got to the restaurant and the doors were locked and it said temporarily closed. Saw my order litteraly sitting on the pick up rack. Called customer service and had to beg to get a refund. I ordered it for pick up at 12:20 pm on Dec 8th. Got there at 12:25 pm and doors were locked with employees inside. Tried knocking but they went in the back to hide instead. Disappointing with the lack of customer service. Maybe turn off your orders if you're going to be closed.

Food was terrible service was worse

The service was terrible. That girl wouldn’t listen to what I said. I told her to add just a little bit, but she rushed and put full scoops anyway. When I got home, the burrito wasn’t wrapped tightly, it was almost falling apart. The chips were stale, not crispy, and the bag was even torn in some areas. Overall, it was a horrible experience at this location, especially since the staff were rushing even though there weren’t many customers.

Got sick from eating a burrito from here yesterday. I was sick all night and missed a day of work. Didn't feel better until noon the next day when I finally threw up, it was all burrito stuffing.
I had a chixken burrito with brown rice, blacl beans, corn, lettuce and cheese. Also a bag of chips.
Really bad experience.
