Chipotle Mexican Grill

If I could give 0 stars, I would! On Monday, May 16th at 12:50 pm, I visited this establishment and was met with subpar service. The food was not cooked to the desired temperature, and the most disappointing aspect was that the steak was served RAW! Despite the high price of a steak bowl with queso blanco and guacamole, the quality of the food was significantly below expectations.
I attempted to contact the supervisor to address the issue, but my efforts were unsuccessful. As a rare reviewer, I felt compelled to share my experience to alert others to the poor food quality. It is imperative to inspect the food before taking it to go to avoid paying a substantial amount of money for a meal that is not safe to consume.

Always love the machine like operation that Chipotle is. No matter how long the line, they get it through. Always adding new flavors of proteins and the freshest salsas and guacamole. The Agua fresca is always on point, and the chips are fresh with that perfect salt. Always a good time.

Bummer, both my partner and I got really sick from this location. Get your rice hotter, it’s going to keep making people sick.

Absolutely unacceptable and unsanitary experience at this Chipotle location (17250 Southcenter Pkwy #108, Tukwila, WA 98188).

My mother and I visited this location, hoping to enjoy our first meal of the day. We placed and paid for two burrito bowls to-go. To our absolute disgust, once we opened our meals, we discovered DEAD bugs inside both bowls. This is beyond unsanitary—it’s appalling and dangerous. We were immediately sick to our stomachs and completely lost our appetite. Thankfully, we noticed the contamination before eating; otherwise, we could have become seriously ill.

I attempted to contact the restaurant the same evening to address this serious issue, but no one answered the phone. I left a voicemail explaining the situation, and more than 24 hours later, there has still been no response from the staff or management.

This is a complete waste of money and an outrageous disregard for customer safety. The fact that food with dead bugs was served is not just disturbing—it’s a health hazard. This location needs to be investigated and should undergo an immediate health inspection. I strongly urge others to avoid this location entirely until they can guarantee safe and sanitary food handling practices.

Salty Pinto. 😌😌

Guacamole was super salty this time. I can usually handle a little salt, but it tasted like they dumped a whole sack of salt in it. I told the manager on duty, but he didn’t seem to care. He kept serving the same guac to other customers and didn’t even try it himself. He ended up getting 2 more costumers complaints the same thing. We did get our food replaced without the guac, but we were charged for that guac. The manager didn’t fulfill his responsibilities properly.

Fast, fresh and I know I'm getting everything I paid for.

No ice-warm soda,cold chips,curdled cheese for dip,plus hurried me for no real reason so somehow I agreed to blk beans which I don't want.This place has gone downhill.wont be coming back.YUCK

The food was served cold and had almost no meat in it. The worst Chipotle in the area in my opinion

Normally Chipotle is pretty good and pretty expensive. The last 2 times though the chips with my order have been terrible! Stale to the point of unchewable. How can they not get something simple like chips right?

Food was good but service is mostly so so. Restaurant is not as clean..may need some deep cleaning.
