My recent Chipotle experience was a complete letdown. The food was so over-salted it was practically inedible. Add to that the filthy tables and a bathroom straight out of a horror movie – no soap and pee all over the floor. It's safe to say I won't be returning anytime soon unless they seriously clean up their act. Look at the photo and judge for yourself.

Always out of so many items

This Chipotle store is one of the worst managed I've ever visited. They always seem to be out of something. How can they be out of both types of lettuce? Last time, they were out of guac and something else. The time before that, it was sour cream and romaine. If you come here, chances are you won't get everything you want.

Full of employees, but out of numerous items on the menu. When asked if more steak or black beans were being made, two of the employees shrugged their shoulders, and didn’t have an answer. This was around 6p, so far from closing time. It looked like everyone on shift was too busy prioritizing socializing amongst each other.

I walked in at 10:15. Chipotle doesn’t close until 11. The employees were immediately annoyed as soon as we walked through the door. We didn’t get greeted or anything. The guy that was preparing our food was so messy and was touching everything with his hands. He had such an attitude. There was so much cross contamination. We then had to wait another ten minutes on an employee who was getting food and they charged her. There was an issue and she needed a refund. Overall this was the WORST chipotle experience ever.

Unfortunately, I will very most likely never go back to this location. I went here with my son and my sister-in-law (whom we just picked from the nearby airport) because I had enough points for a free entree on my app. When paying, I insisted with the employee that I pay with my buritto entree separately because I want to redeem my points separately on the more expensive entree (a steak burrito instead of vegetable tacos). He told me I don't have to do that because it will automatically take off my burrito. When I scanned the app, I asked again if it took off my burrito and he replied that it did. So I paid for it all together. When I looked at the receipt, it did what I was afraid it was going to in the first place: it took off the less expensive entree in the transaction. When I raised it with the cashier, he went to the back to "ask the manager," came back after a few seconds and said they can't do anything because the payment has already gone through. I do not know if it was a deliberate act to mess with a customer or the employee was just not well trained on their system. But needless to say, this experience just rubbed me the wrong way. I usually like Chipotle (why I would have the app and invite my sister-in-law to eat there given the other choices in the area) but I marked this location off as one to avoid. Well, on second thought, I do not really have to go back to any of their locations, anyway.

Good vegan option no lard in the pinto beans and they have plenty for you to choose from. You’ll have fun and you’ll smile while you’re eating here. Great service.Vegetarian options: Plenty of vegan options beans veggies and sour cream and cheese if your vegetarian

I really like chipotle. Seems like they get a bad wrap though. Hahaha. Really though. Been to this location more times than I can count. Other than the occasional supply issues, I've never had a single problem here...

I walked in with a mobile order that I didn't have all the information to. Amber, one of the crew members in the store, helped me with finding all the details for my order and even helped rectify all the issues that I had ran into using the mobile app. The entire team was very friendly and was willing to work with my situation, especially Amber. I definitely feel like The team was extremely resourceful, and I hope Amber gets a raise.
