Chipotle Mexican Grill

Very bad experience. I allway go to another chipotle location but this time i tried this location bcz its closer to me and also in the mall. They were almost out of everything and meat was rocky and cold not fresh at all. Well quantity of food was like half what i useally get at another locations speacially in downtown at 3rd ave.. never visiting here again

I had a disappointing experience with the customer service at this establishment. The woman who appeared to be the manager was quite frustrated while preparing the food, and I received a negative reaction when I needed to verify three different orders by referring to my notes. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this place.

I went in this location last week being on a time crunch to get my husband to go . Ordered his usual and when it got to adding lettuce the worker being nasty and disgusting what she did was she cleaned up lettuce like from near the counter right by the lettuce holder and tried to add it in the lettuce holder and than try to add it in my bowl ! I was livid ! I said did you seriously do that ? Is like you cleaned up the counter and basically adding garbage in there and that’s what you add to peoples bowls all day ? She just laughed about it and not even an apologize . Not to mention some of the workers are stingy ! If I ask for extra of anything and am paying for it please stop being stingy and give it to me ! The amount of times I ask for extra rice or steak/ chicken and I don’t get it ! Please retrain your workers ! Cause that’s disgusting what she did ! Never going back this location. I wish I had the time to ask for a manager when I was there .

Every time I come here, the employees are very kind and attendant. The lady behind the counter gave me not one but two heaping helpings of barbacoa. Another was greeting a regular very kindly. It was not my first time coming here, and it was definitely not my last :)

The person behind the counter could not understand me, i had to repeat myself and make him go back down the line several times. How hard is it to get freaking RICE in your bowl? I would like a bowl, WHITE RICE, carnitas, corn, sour cream and cheese. How hard is that? I even said please and thank you. There is no reason why the bottom of my bowl is grease logged because the employee is too dumb to know to put rice first

Goes a little slow when high volume, with seating in surrounding food court. But overall my vegetarian burrito was tasty, and really enjoyed the generous portions ( ). Super full and was more than enough food.Guacamole looked fresh. Hot sauce available to put into little to go cups and carry to your table. Water available free upon request. Friendly staff.

Incredibly slow in a way that defies logic. They have 5 people working yet surprisingly few seem to be making peoples food. When they do it’s fast but everyone seemed tryin to avoid it.

It was shocking that this was the least amount of food I've received from any Chipotle I've visited in 8 years. It was annoying.

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE FROM HERE. First of all, the portions they put are so small. We ordered all vegan and vegetarians versions but one had a piece of chicken and one had a piece of steak inside. Very disappointed
