Chipotle Mexican Grill

It's located inside the food court at the 2nd floor. There was a long line for ordering but staff were fast enough. Food served as per your choices; bowl, wrap, salad and different proteins and vegetables. It was decently warm and seasoned. Th portion was enough to fill you up.

I ordered 2 burrito bowls for pick up, each with steak. When I opened them up at home, I realized neither had ANY meat in them, just vegetables. How is it possible to mess up not just once, but twice. The order clearly said steak in big print as well. Someone there needs to read properly. Food is too expensive to be playing like that.

Can you please for the love of god not clean the grill when you have a line of customers. The squeeking noise is literally painful to hear and so loud I could still faintly hear it all the way on the lower level leaving the mall. Like even other employees and other customers were covering their ears. Maybe it bothered me more than others but it literally ruined my mood and I will forsure never come to this one within an hour of closing again

Also I have no idea what kind grill brick they were using but I’ve worked in restaurants for years and cleaned many flat tops and never have I ever heard it make a noise even close to as grating and terrible as that.

Portion sizes and quality control are all over the place at this location. Some days, I get a generous scoop of chicken like someone's trying to make my day—other days, it's like they’re rationing protein during a chicken shortage. Consistency really matters, especially when you're paying extra for certain toppings. Hoping they tighten things up a bit.

Very bad experience. I allway go to another chipotle location but this time i tried this location bcz its closer to me and also in the mall. They were almost out of everything and meat was rocky and cold not fresh at all. Well quantity of food was like half what i useally get at another locations speacially in downtown at 3rd ave.. never visiting here again

I had a disappointing experience with the customer service at this establishment. The woman who appeared to be the manager was quite frustrated while preparing the food, and I received a negative reaction when I needed to verify three different orders by referring to my notes. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this place.

I went in this location last week being on a time crunch to get my husband to go . Ordered his usual and when it got to adding lettuce the worker being nasty and disgusting what she did was she cleaned up lettuce like from near the counter right by the lettuce holder and tried to add it in the lettuce holder and than try to add it in my bowl ! I was livid ! I said did you seriously do that ? Is like you cleaned up the counter and basically adding garbage in there and that’s what you add to peoples bowls all day ? She just laughed about it and not even an apologize . Not to mention some of the workers are stingy ! If I ask for extra of anything and am paying for it please stop being stingy and give it to me ! The amount of times I ask for extra rice or steak/ chicken and I don’t get it ! Please retrain your workers ! Cause that’s disgusting what she did ! Never going back this location. I wish I had the time to ask for a manager when I was there .
