We had a large group and requested a quiet section. It was awesome! The service was excellent and the food was great. Overall very nice dining experience.
Waited half an hour to be seated with a reservation. Waited 15 minutes to order drinks. Bread plates but no bread. Had to wave down a waitress to refill drinks. Dinner plates too hot to handle but baked potatoes were undone and cool. Fried vegetables were cold. Prime steak was cooked ok but it too was cold and faintly tasted like a stockyard smells. Very overpriced! Waitresses seemed overworked. d
First time in a long-time dining in the restaurant area. Pleasant atmosphere and attentive waitress. Celebrated 75th birthday! Complimentary cake shared among us, and it was delicious and warm.
Dinner was good for the most part. I was disappointed in the ribeye steak. It was thin, so medium rare was more medium. The grilled onions were not good at all. They were undercooked and crunchy, not caramelized as expected. But we enjoyed the ambiance and service, along with the rest of the food and pace of the meal.
Worst service I've had in years. I ordered a salad and had to ask my waiter, the management, and other waiters MULTIPLE times just for dressing. All of them saying they would get it for me while my partner got food sitting and fixed within the hour I was waiting, I never got the dressing and therefore never ate my then-wilted salad. The place wasn't busy, I was simply ignored. This was my first food experience in the Seattle area and it was beyond disappointing, especially considering I went to bed hungry. Skip this place.
I made reservations for our large extended family following my daughter's dance recital. The waitress took 30 minutes to come to our table. We were barked at for ordering waters and food at the same time. We were told we could have one or the other. I didn't get my drink for over an hour, and the food was over an hour and a half. We had to ask for plates and silverware, and by the time they arrived our appetizers were cold. The service was so bad that when we ordered dessert, we also asked for to go boxes and the check at the same time. I was barked at again, and was told "one thing at a time". I feel bad because there were only 2 waiters waiting on 8 tables at once, but the restaurant was very empty. At one point I went to the bar to order my drink because it never came. I wasn't expecting much, but I will certainly never get back.
This was my favorite restaraunt when I was stationed in WA. It wasn't so expensive then. The food was good, but way overpriced. But everything in the Seattle area is overpriced so maybe its normal for the area.
The restroom looked clean, but there were areas where you could see dirt.
Great, as always!!
It's old school, but still a great meal. Haven't been in years. Happy hour until 7. Can't beat it. Cheers

I've enjoyed CJ in CA for many years, but this was our first visit here in WA. Unfortunately, they were understaffed at the bar when we visited during Happy Hour. Bartender had to do too much and was not at the bar enough where we sat. She was nice and did a good enough job, but she also missed out on opportunities for us to order much more. As a long time restaurant guy (owner and manager), I pay attention to all the little details, and I would give this visit a C grade overall for food quality, service, and atmosphere. Not bad, but not great.
I had the soup and half club sandwich which was great. The soup I had was the cheddar potato with bacon it was really good the club sandwich was good I had to ask for a side of mayo as the sandwich was dry but the mayo made the sandwich great.
Good food. Great service!
Happy hour is a bonus.
Will go back.
Mother's Day brunch was very nice and lots of choices of foods. I appreciate that it was not too crowded so we could enjoy ourselves.
Came here for Dinner with my family. We are from Las Vegas, NV and we have I believe only one left which is in Henderson (where we used to live). It was so good, service was top notch by Nicole, and the Hostess was so sweet and even helped by telling us it was Happy Hour and we could Sit in the Lounge with my daughters 15 and 8. Very good Appetizers (recommend the Pretzel Bites, Mozzarella sticks and the Lemon Pepper Zucchini. I got one of their seasonal specials, the Hot Honey Pepperoni Pizza, it was perfectly sweet and had a great kick with the Hot Honey, mixed with the traditional pepperoni pizza. My daughter got the Mac N Cheese Burger (ate the whole thing and she's a tiny thing at 15. My sister had a Sausage and Pepperoni amazing, and my Husband had their New Jambalaya which was soooo good! Nice big Portions. My littlest had the Kids mini Cheese burger and they're good size, with Frozen Grapes which we such a great and delicious combo! We finished off with a slice of their HUGE chocolate fudge cake which is a Staple but we haven't had it in 17 years! Soooooo good! Definitely recommend it 15/10 :)
