I love Coco’s drinks but this is the second time we arrived at the business and we had to wait for another 30-60 mins for boba to finish cooking. Last time was 30 mins wait and today: opened at 11am, we arrived at 11:30 and can’t get boba until after 12:10pm. Just change your business hours so people don’t have to drive here just to wait.

They’re so cheap with the toppings that they might as well count the exact amount they put in your drink.I love Coco and I was so excited that there’s finally one in Tukwila but this branch is ridiculous! I’ve been to Coco in Bellevue and their drinks are always bomb and they’re so generous with the boba. But this store.. it’s the only boba store I’ve been to that measures the amount of boba soooo hard that they have to lift the cup on the air to make sure they give you as little boba as possible.I was only half way through my drink and the boba’s already gone. EWW WASTE OF MONEY!!! Why do they have to be so cheap with the toppings if they have to throw out the leftovers at the end of the day?

i ordered a brown sugar milk tea w boba on monday for my sister and my sister was spitting out sugar bits that weren’t dissolving in the drink. She’s kind of picky and I recommended this place to her and I didn’t want her to keep spitting out the sugar bits so i asked if i could get a refund or a remake of the drink (we’ve been trying to dissolve the sugar ourselves for 5+ mins but it wasn’t working so we just asked if they could remake it for us). they remade it but there were more sugar bits in the 2nd drink. while we were sitting down, i heard the cashier take someone’s order and ask them to wait another 15 minutes after realizing they were out of smth. they were also out of black pearls before i came into the shop so we waited 10 mins for that. this store didn’t give my sister a very good first impression so idk man. i don’t think i will be recommending this place to anyone else in the future.

Honestly the drink was fine, BUT the way i saw how the owners were treating the workers was not acceptable. I was in line and there were a lot of people, and the girl in the cashier was trying to help me and this guy who i believe was the owner kept talking to her in a disrespectful way. I felt so bad for that girl, there were so many people that day and he kept lecturing her in front of customers AND workers too. This is not the first time i saw these things from the owners. I feel bad for the workers and i can never stay there and have my drink because the atmosphere is not it. I am a regular customer and i really hope this gets fixed because i really like the drinks.

I'm obsessed with their jasmine milk tea! It's made perfectly every time I order it. Service is quick and friendly. They have a decent amount of tables and chairs.

Drinks are NOT safe. I threw mine because this girl was dipping her finger into my tea while they were preparing them. Do you know how much bacteria it is in your nails? I’m going to report them to the food safety dept.
We ordered the berry lover and the brown sugar pearl latte, which were both bad. No tea flavor, just milky, and boba balls were too hard. Would recommend skipping this one.

The Young lady who got my order on 12/5/2023 in the morning was very impolite. She made me to feel very frustrated and uncomfortable while I was in the place. Drink is delicious, but never going back there again.

First time here. I got a Yakult Green Tea and never want to drink anything else. The menu is not as large as similar style drink places around here but the quality is out of this world. Highly recommend any of the Yakult drinks. So delicious and refreshing.

The grapefruit yakult here is the best I've ever had far exceeding every single other drink place. It's so good that I went to go get both ingredients when I was back in Portland to try to make to replicate but I couldn't do it.Dear lord.
