Good and fest service, but is to hot inside the store, I was waiting for 30 min because was so busy an all the time since I get there the employee w name Grayson He had chewing gum in his mouth and preparing the ice cream this is not healthy at all especially when you work with food. The supervisor that I imagine is very young must also pay attention to his employees.

I dont mean to be insulting but this place is way too expensive. Never going there ever again unless they have an 80% off sale on ice cream. No ice cream is worth the price. I mean, it's not a meal, it's a sugary treat with no nutritional value. A moment on the lips, a lifetime on the hips... I could have paid a month of gym membership for the price of 2 ice ceam cones, small sized. I am experiencing ppsr (post price stress response) and sugar overload with heartburn from whatever they use in their ice-cream and toppings. I am going to have to skip my weekly grocery shopping since I've overspent my weekly food budget. It did taste yummy... 1 star for yummy, 1 star for good service. Minus 3 stars for being way too expensive.

I never leave a review but this experience made me want to start reviewing the good and the bad services I receive. I will start with saying Omg!! the customer service here is so awful. I felt like begging for ice cream not actually buying. 15 dollar for two kids ice cream + the most rudest cashier. He was just so unhappy.

As a kid, I thought Cold Stone Creamery was magical—watching them mix in toppings while singing and creating an exciting atmosphere. Unfortunately, my recent visit was far from what I remembered. While they still offer mix-ins, there was no singing or the fun energy I had come to expect. The whole experience felt flat. The store had only one table for seating, which was inconvenient, especially considering the awkward placement of the garbage can right by the register. It made the space feel cramped and uncomfortable.
We decided to try it anyway, but my daughter’s kids cone was disappointing. Instead of mixing in the candy like they used to, they simply topped it off, which was a letdown. I ordered a small, and my daughter had a kids cup, and it came to almost $20—way overpriced for what we received. The lack of attention to detail, like the missing singing and the poor seating arrangements, made the visit feel unworthy of the price.
For a place that used to be such a treat, I was really let down. It just didn’t live up to the nostalgia, and honestly, it wasn’t worth the high price tag. I’m not sure I’ll be back.

Fast service. Only two small tables with two seats each. Bathrooms were broken when we visited so had to go to the grocery store at the corner.

My service was fantastic. My wife ordered apple pie ala mode and server was unsure how to make it. Really need a better system in place for new employees. The supervisor remade the dish after the new person messed it up. She was very nice. Felt bad for new person because other employees were snickering about the situation. No issues with the mess up. People need to make mistakes to learn. It’s the best way. Doesn’t help to have mean coworkers.

It has been very hot for the last few weeks so I have come here often and I love it! The staff are so kind and patient (esp with my toddlers) and we always leave this place with a smile!!
