I visited Astur at their grand opening with my husband. My husband ordered canjeero and chicken suqaar, and I ordered fuul with chapati. The food was delicious and quick! The owners are kind, welcoming and made we sure we go excellence service! There is a small section for people to eat privately which was a bonus. Try their Somali tea, it is the best I have ever had. We are very pleased with our meal and we are excited to come back!

I had an amazing experience at this Somali restaurant! The service was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The food was packed with flavor, with every dish offering a perfect balance of spices and freshness. The sambusas were, without a doubt, the best I've ever had—crispy on the outside and bursting with savory goodness on the inside. If you're looking for delicious food and a warm, inviting atmosphere, this place is a must-visit. I can’t wait to come back for more! Highly recommend!

Astur Restaurant is a hidden gem for Somali cuisine. The suqaar and bariis are packed with flavor, the goat meat is tender and perfectly cooked, and the sambusas are crisp and delicious. Don’t skip the malawah with shaah—it’s the perfect combo! The staff is welcoming, the portions are generous, and the prices are great. It’s a cozy spot that feels like home. Highly recommend!

Astur is such a great spot! The food came out fast and tasted amazing, and everyone there was super nice and helpful. We had such a good time that we’ve decided to come back every Friday. If you’re thinking about trying it, you definitely should!

Food is excellent. Intense but very personable owner. There's no written menu, although they do catering and the injera is delicious. If you're getting takeaway they may encourage that you sit/offer tea
