These donuts are actually really good when they’re fresh! If they sit too long, they start to get kind of stale and hard. Eat them right away if you go here. The only thing I don’t like is they close kinda early. I wanted a donut after work and I went there and they were closed. One of the best mochi donuts in the PNW.
They’re light, fluffy, with a different texture due to the mochi/glutinous rice flour but without being too sweet or oily.
I’ve found many places can’t balance their mochi donuts the same way dochi does.
