Really good "street" tacos. Loved the grilled onions they include on the plate. Also like that the price includes tax so 4 tacos at $2.50 a piece is a total of $10. Well lit dining area. You know it's a good taco truck when there is a crowd and you're the only person not fluent in Spanish.

These are tacos Al Pastor, they are delicious, they have the right amount of heat, the chile is not overpowering, and adding the limón it brings out the pork flavor even more. It's worth telling the flavor of this plate, I'll ask you to come and try it. Very important 3 tacos and a can of soda is less than $10.00, here in Seattle this is a bargain!!! For that alone El Taco Maestro gets 5 stars.

Great food, friendly staff, I got the mulitas and my partner got the quesadilla, both were excellent. Both came with a side of shredded lettuce, avocado, turnips and jalapeños. Each dish came with salsa verde which was also good. Lots of locals came as we ordered and ate so you know it must be good. Would come back if ever in the area again.
