Not sure why but everytime I order I have a bad time. Firstly, the app DOESNT work which means I have to go in person to order. But every time I go in and order, I either have to deal with horrible attitude or straight incompetence, idk which is worse. Today I went to order, and I told the lady there were a list of things I wanted in the burger. (I always have a list due to my previous experience where this one waiter was giving me hella attitude cause I didn’t know what I want in my burger) the entire time I was trying to tell her what I wanted in the burger, she kept interrupting me. I asked her repeatedly to let me please let me finish the list. Come to find out, she put BBQ sauce as one of the things in my burger when I didn’t order it. By that time I realized there was BBQ sauce in my burger, I just went home and threw it out cause I did not want to wait another 20 min for a burger. Not coming back here again, will be going to habit burger across the street from now on where their app works and have nice and competence workers.

Burger was big juicy delicious. Fries are excellent. The only issue I have is that a burger fries and a drink and tip is 30 bucks.

Dined inside the restaurant today. The employee taking our order was very patient, friendly and got everything right. Our order number was called in a reasonable amount of time. We ordered 2 cheeseburgers and 1 medium french fries. All the food was hot. Five guys always gives an abundance of fries and I really ENJOY and appreciate this part. The only part that I disliked was there were many staff working and a small amount of customers in at that time and one of the tables was a HOT MESS literally garbage and french fries strewn there just left to sit creating an unappetizing environment. Not sure why the staff didn't come and clean that up. During the whole time that we sat there to eat our food that mess was never cleaned up and to me that was disappointing. They appear to put care into making their food and care into the service that they provide at the register, I just hope that they can put care into keeping the restaurant clean for the customers.as that is part of the whole experience of eating out and dinning in at a restaurant.
Kid-friendliness: Booths, high tables with tall chairs, bright open restaurant with big windows to look out.

After ordering a $22.00 cheese burger with fries to go... I went to grab a few peanuts. I was told that I could not take the free peanuts out of the store... I requested a refund of my $22.00... I was called a baby.... I am a 65 year old disabled Veteran... The reason for the review is not because of 5 Guys its a result of a Manager telling me he was going to call the police.. all over some free peanuts... So I saved $6.00 went to Habit Burger across the street...
Update: 09/19/24 Update on reversal for cheeseburger, fries and shake... "Fraud"... The manager pretended to refund my $22.00 for returning my meal!... But then cancelled the refund and charged me a couple days later for the order...
