Tasteless food and crazy service 22.00 for very little amount and it was tasteless. Was told 10 minutes ended up being over an hour because I took it back and ordered something else. Had to go next door to Panda express and eat because it took too long. Asked for refund and full amount was not even given. Then the old man started arguing about it. Never go here again

Before going there, I had looked at the reviews. They were quite bad. Still, I wanted to try it. It’s really interesting that despite the management’s lack of response to reviews, a Mediterranean restaurant with such a low rating is still allowed to operate there. When it comes to the food, there’s definitely a big difference between the pictures they show and what they actually serve. The portions are small, and for example, we ordered kebabs, but they were both small and not good. The rice was really bad too; I’m not sure if it was fresh. Very disappointing. I guess the management at Alderwood Mall not applying any sanctions on this low-rated restaurant makes them feel comfortable, and they neither respond to nor address the negative feedback from customers. When I looked, the reviews were from several years ago, at least 3 or 4 years, and the situation hasn’t changed at all.

I came back here to leave a review after I had a very bad Gyro from another Gyro restaurant because now I know how good this guys’ Gyro was. I don’t really get why the rating’s so low. As I recall, food was good and fresh, staff were friendly.

I feel like many of the reviews here are too harsh. I had a beef gyro and it was good. Maybe not the best I’ve ever had, but the meat was tasty and piled on, along with generous amounts of veggies and sauce. I wouldn’t hesitate to order it again.

This place is the worst Gyros place I’ve ever been. I love Gyros so much and visit many places. That’s the first time I could not finish food. Also I got completely different food from what it is on the display. The desert I ordered seemed to be in a refrigerator for a long time. Wasn’t taste good at all. Pretty disappointed.

Despite the negative reviews the employee was working hard to make sure everyone got there good on time and the chicken gyro was absolutely delicious, if you want good food and good service this is the place for you!
The pictures of the food on the display is 100% not what you will get. I got the arabic shawarma and it consisted of pretty much just lettuce, some meat and a ton of garlic sauce. When I asked, they told me they have no pickled veggies at all. So dissapointing.

Been craving shawarma and wasn’t sure how to go about as there was 2.5 stars but went for it honestly it was 6/10 I got the chicken shawarma platter $14 not bad in these times as it comes with a salad, rice, and good fries too as well as a lemonade. It’s got flavor. The guy was friendly and the worker seemed attentive would come here again 👍🏽

The meal we had was sub par but the real problem we had was that the owner double charged us. I saw him repeat the charge and when I questioned him, he insisted that he hadn't. So, I brought up my bank account on my phone and showed him the double charge. He insisted that it wasn't showing up double on his side and refused to refund me. Had to get my money back through my credit card company.

This place use to be really good, but last couple times I been there they increased the price and they decreased the meat portion. I ordered a beef gyro and a chicken gyro, but all I got was salad sandwich with a few pieces of meat. Also, the served me an over cooked fries! This is my last time in this place, I don't recommend it to anyone.
