The boba was so hard I chipped my tooth

I just buy this about 15 minutes ago. Is this place change owner or something because me and my husband we really love strawberry shortcake smoothies we drinking this every time we going to market closer to this place. This time i have to throw away my drink because it not taste anything beside the yellow cream the drink are not sweet make my mouth feel i drinking strawberry ice. which alway i order regular suger same as everyime beside this time is not taste any sweet.

LOVE THE WORKERS!! So sweet and nice every single time and the drinks are so consistent which is great.
One complaint is this place is HOT …. You will be sweating and I hope they get some AC soon because they work HARD in here and I feel so bad

This Happy Lemon location in particular has my heart! Amazing jasmine Green tea, they offer oat milk, and their boba is even better than other HL locations. Nice amount of room in the store while you wait.

First time trying Happy Lemon in Tukwila, wanted to try it with my son. The place smelled divine. The customer service was terrible, the guy at the register looked miserable but we ordered anyway. Asked for a napkin and the guy at the register looked at my son like we were snobs. The guy turns around and grabs those brown paper towels behind him, the kind you use to clean the counter tops or bathrooms, rips off a piece and shoved it to my son. Because I wanted us to keep our skin and not bleed all over their table if we were to use that cleaning towel, we threw it in the trash and immediately left. Drinks were fine, but there are far too many bubble tea places with happy workers and real napkins that I would rather spend my money at than this UN-Happy Lemon joint in Tukwila. No thanks.

Happy Lemon was great. I really enjoy it there. They have excellent customer service, and great modern coffee shop vibe. As far as seating goes, it is kind of small, and there is not a lot of seating.I had the oreo cream milk tea and the oreo waffle with oreo cream puff sauce to dip it in. My wife had the matcha waffle and the ube smoothie. Everything was really fresh, delicious, and tasty. So good!I highly recommend Happy Lemon!

Everything was amazing and the customer service was personal and phenomenal. The restroom is “out of order” which is annoying considering the pricing of everything.
