I stopped by Jack in the Box and had a really good experience. The staff was friendly, the food came out fast, and everything was hot and fresh. The tacos and curly fries were exactly what I was craving, and the burger was cooked well and had great flavor. The restaurant was clean, and the drive thru moved quickly even during a busy time. Overall, a solid spot for a quick meal and good service. I’ll definitely be coming back.

It was delicious. Food was fresh. Low key that Jack deal burger single, double triple value is throwing up their dukes at the big Mac. Not the same. Just sends u there. Less bread. I had a double it was BOMB! and the meal was 5.99! Stop playing. It's good 👍

I don't know how they can hire such useless staff as today's. That manager is useless, she's a spoiled woman. They send you to the front and the food never arrives as you order. They're very lazy.🤬

Criminally understaffed.. when going through the drive-through, you will be asked to wait at the entrance of the building, where you'll be accosted by no less than three people begging for money.. you'll probably get your food faster if you go to the second nearest JITB.. hats off to the employees who have to deal with it every day
This is by far the worst Jack in The Box to go to. The level of customer service here is very poor. The lady took 10 minutes to help a customer and then When it was my turn still didn't service me didn't acknowledge I was there this has happened multiple times. Charged more for certain orders omg the mess here is crazy. I ended up having to go down the street to Wendys

Went in for lunch. Took almost ten minutes to get my order ready. And there was only one other person inside with me. I couldn't see the drive thru so I don't know if it was busy, but I was there after usual lunch hours. The food was exactly what I expected. The facilities were clean and the staff friendly. The Coke Freestyle dispenser seemed to have a lot of flavors unavailable.

It hard to understand when a customer ask if any special going on but the GM on 04/08/2025 get defensive cause they can't explain clearly what they got, how is the corporation training people and giving them positions for unqualified employee or manager. Clearly that's why they got below 3 star rating

Went through drive thru and guy took my order no issue waited in line for 20 mins. Finally get to window and there informed me there didn't put in my order. And didn't even start my order. I just left since I had no more time for lunch and just had to not eat.
