Visited location to pickup breakfast. Service was slow and staff didn't seem like they wanted to be there. Tried to use bathroom and found door locked. Food was ok when finally recieved it. Have had better experiences at other jack in the boxes.

The place was dirty, like every table. We have to clean one to have our lunch. Even though the place was empty and staff was chatting. Good is expensive for what they offer. Fries taste as chicken, maybe they cook chicken tender in the same place they do fries?

The customer service is really poor. That guy in the drive through doesn’t understand how to communicate effectively, can’t understand basic language. It’s like talking to a deaf person you have to keep repeating yourself 100 times still mess up your order. What type of people are you hiring I’m surprised.
