Ordered a chicken sandwich with Swiss cheese chicken patty was hard and overcooked. I stood there as they made my order. Saw the cook grab the chicken patty and re-dropped it on oil was brown put it in the bag acted like it was nothing hard burnt overcook chicken patty, not that hard to grab a brand new patty instead of an old patty It’s so Frustrating paying for food you can’t even eat. I’m pretty sure the cook wouldn’t give it to her family or eat it herself.

This Jack-in-the-Box is disrespectful never answers the phone. I can’t even cancel my order. They don’t answer the phone. I’ve been on hold for a whole hour. They’re very disrespectful.

I went through the drive through today. I ordered a #2 combo no onions, no tomato, no cheese.I repeat my order twice because the NOs are important.I get to the window, one worker nervously takes my card runs my transaction and hands my card to me with no receipt, I've found this location refuses to give receipts.The other worker standing by the dine in service check out areas,steady was yelling at the drive through worker about the way she was performing her duties.I leave and head back to my office I have to eat fast and get to a meeting.Luck was not on my side with my lunch. The double Jack burger had so much mustard, the lettuce is soggy and the bun is sliding off the burger, not just that I had no idea it had mustard that was new since another location doesn't put it on the burger but it seems the cook thought extra cheese for a lactose intolerant person would be funny.Well I don't get to eat lunch now it's ruined and I've been calling the location to alert them to the issue and no one is answering.Horrible service and way to get food.I'm very disappointed in this place and the food quality.
