I called my order in on the phone and at first they said they could not make my order as they did not understand that this smoothie is on the underground menu and then I told them they made the exact same order yesterday. Next they said they would make the order. When I arrived the order was not even started. Next they told me to get in line behind everyone else and they insisted that I needed to place my order on the tablet. I was paying with a card, so I had to get someones attention so I could place the order Again and Pay with my Card. The staff were exceptionally rude and less than helpful. And in the end they made them wrong, I order 3 large Strawberry Energizer and none of them had strawberries in them, they were all runny and had no smoothie to them. Poor customer service, and very Rude.

When I need a good smoothie while shopping my go to place is Jamba Juice. Every time I go I have had a great experience. The last two times I went, there were two amazing workers there Ana and Angelina, they both had great customer service and made my smoothie with great consistency. Definitely will be going back because of them.

Amazing smoothies and customer service!! The Asian employees are sooo fast and made amazing drinks for us. On weekends it gets pretty busy so long line. Yummy yummy!

This is the best shit I've ever had omg I wanna drink it everyday I can't get enough of the white gummy and mango a go go. the blonde girl Andrea was so kind and did an amazing job on my 10 drinks I ordered. Don't come here on weekends! It's super busy. they are all so fast especially the skater dude with the beanie :)

Never order here if the big Asian dude with no sense of urgency and skater dude with beanie are working, there could be a line of 40 people and they'd still move at the same pace and waste time doing something irrelevant to the task they should be doing, machines need to replace these idiots smh
Jamba Juice makes great smoothies. I enjoy the Acia smoothie.

The lady working was really nice! Her name was Mal and my son said she made his smoothie perfect. Usually the people make it a little too watery but Mal made the pink star with a thicker consistency and he really appreciated that. We appreciate the great customer service and good smoothies. We will be back to this location soon!
