This location is the slowest Jersey Mike’s I’ve ever been to. I’ve given it 3 chances and not reviewed it but I’ll be avoiding this location now. Staff always seems high out of their minds and lost in their tasks
I ordered ahead twice and they didn’t even start making my order until l walked in, l watched them both times grab my ticket and put the meat on the grill

I usually order on the app and pick it up. I have always gotten good service at this location and the food has always been good. Once they gave us the wrong sandwich but when I called they said they would remake the sandwich with our next order at no charge. Three months later I ordered again and they did in fact give us the sandwich at no charge, and they were very pleasant and nice to deal with in the process. I would 100% recommend this Jersey Mikes. The sandwiches are the best and the service is excellent. I personally always order the Club Sub, daughter likes the roast beef and provolone, and my husband likes the Bacon Chicken Ranch.

Friendly staff, but dining room needs help. There were flies and a musty smell at the soda machine, and they put a rug over a small round missing drain cover in the floor. The tables weren't clean, small trash on the floor, trash cans in dining room were full...... Three people working and it wasn't busy, so it seemed like they could have done better.
