After trying to switch to this store, since my local store has refused to do hot subs for over three weeks now, they decide to close early. Maybe it was a mistake of the app, but if the app can't be updated to reflect store hours, then they shouldn't take orders through the app. The silver lining here is that I'll save a significant amount of money now that I'm done with this chain as a whole.

Loved that meats are cut fresh. Order your sub, and meat is cut in front of you. People are very nice. Enjoyed eating there. Relaxing nice music.

Okay whoever the sweet girl was working on the evening shift of 8th of January deserves a raise. They were so kind and sociable and recommended their favourite sub to me. Great service in and out very quickly. Clean restaurant and convenient location. Coming back again for sure.

My husband Ricky and I order from here often. We usually do curb side pick up but occasionally go inside. This Jersey Mikes is our favorite one to go to. The employees are always friendly and the food is reliably good.
GREAT SANDWICHES That said, this location needs to pay more attention to cleanliness. The tables needTo be wiped down and the garbage was overflowing. So come on guys. Clean up your act!

First, let me say that I love Jersey Mike's sandwiches...this is what disappoints me in having to leave a terrible review. This Tukwila store was so extraordinarily rude, and unaware of the people whom made the effort to come into the store was appalling. Waited for over 30 mins and when I finally got to the point where I was to order, the Staff behaved as if I wasn't there. I was not only disappointed as I was really hungry but I was offended and not one of the staff even addressed me. I walked out after over 30 minutes of time wasted and at least 8 minutes of being at the front of the line and COMPLETELY IGNORED. Take away....don't bother with this Jersey Mike's unless you want to waste your time.

My go to location! This location makes some spectacular sandwiches. I even tried some of the staff's favorites. I have yet to have to wait or fight for a sandwich. I am greeted, taken care of, and don't feel rushed out of the store they keep very clean.Their store always seems a bit dark but that could be my eyes so I won't dock them for it. As long as they continue to rock my sandwiches and treat me like an amazing customer, I will continue to go back. If I need a sandwich, Burien is good but in the north end, THIS is the best spot.

More like a three-and-a-half star especially the bread was fresh today which was really unusual I had to give him at least three and a half starts for that that makes a huge difference and everything wrong with it was could have had more meat on but other than that it was it was okay and you know they were little chin sung to tomatoes and pickles but everybody's like that. Funny they always seem to give you a lot of lettuce I like a lot of letters but you know there's just no substitute for you know they didn't put on the onions cuz I put some real ones on there I like raw uncooked so that worked out yeah I wish it would have been more tomatoes and pickles probably would have been really good I might had to give her number five but they're always chance with the bacon I don't get the bacon you know they got to say. You know relax a little bit. I guess it went when I get a free one I'll just bring my own bacon so I have extra. (I just wanted to reply to the bacon thing because usually people expect to have a decent amount of bacon you know two small pieces is not going to work if you're going to charge $12 for a sandwich you should get at least four decent size pieces of bacon on it.) Ppl still accept some value when you go out to fast food I know it's a lot higher now but if you spend twelve bucks you should get a few pieces of bacon.)Vegetarian options: I'm sure they have a vegetarian option.Dietary restrictions: I don't think they have salads here so I don't know what you do in terms of you know beacon I mean gluten free stuff you might have trouble here they have gluten free bread here I forgot about that so it is possible to eat here with that issue as far as diabetes I believe wheat bread is better for you.Parking: I think they might have people taking the bus in there cuz she's like there's a lot of cars there there's probably a lot of employees are so I would think that being most of the problem.Kid-friendliness: You can get them a small job I just get him a big one and you can feed them all dayWheelchair accessibility: You probably want to have them open the door for you I don't know why more places don't have automatic doors they should.
