Perhaps it had been a tough day for the manager because he was severely lacking in politeness. The guys who put my sandwich together were great, but the manager clearly did not want to be there. Maybe he’ll have a better day tomorrow. I won’t go find out.

I will nor eat at Jimmy johns againI paid $16.for a roast beef sandwich, very little meat no cheese.When I complained I was offered a mayonnaise packet.The cookie was good.the person behind the counter was rude .I was embarrassed as I was waved at when I left.if I could give no stars I would never again will I go to Jimmy John's.you guys suck.

If I could put 0 stars I would!! Did delivery and the sandwich looked like it was made by a toddler. the bread was very hard.
The male employees are a lot unfriendlier than the female ones, especially the ones that work in the morning & before 2 PM. The sandwiches that I've ordered (a handful of them) have not gotten any better each time. I ask for extra of all the toppings & I'm only getting half of that. The Jimmy John's (JJ) on 1940 S 1st Ave S, Seattle, WA 98134 is the best one at making their sandwiches tasteful and packed.There are only a few JJ parking spots as the entire lot is shared with other businesses.

Wilted lettuce and old tomatoes on my sandwich. I shouldn’t have eaten it. (I removed all the lettuce I could...) I hope I don’t get food poisoning.
