I had a great experience at Jollibee Tukwila! The food was absolutely delicious. The wait was a little long, but honestly it was worth it. The staff here are very friendly and helpful.
I want to give a special shoutout to Sherry (I think that’s her name). I was a bit confused with the menu, but she was so patient, kind, and willing to explain everything to me. Her customer service was amazing and really made my visit so much better.
Thank you, Sherry, for being so sweet and helpful! I’ll definitely be coming back.

First time here. Sunday at 12 noon. It was packed but the line moved fast. I would stab someone over a Mango peach pie. That shit is gasssss🔥 spaghetti was def different. 7.5/10. Spicy chicken was dancing 🕺10/10. Pineapple cheeseburger had me doing flips 8.5/10. The fry sauce with pepper was so good I got another one to take it home haha. overall I learned a new language and my credit score went up 10 points. Highly recommend.

They kept pushing our tray back we ordered 30minutes before we got there, and by the time we got here they told us to wait and kept ignoring us. They lady named sherry was really rude and so was this other young guy, we felt very disrespected. The food was still good but bad service.

I love their fried chicken and chicken sammiches. A friend recommended the spaghetti so I reluctantly gave it a try. So glad i did! t is so yummy and so strange with the little hot dog slices. To be honest I crave the spaghetti and have it at least twice a month. The staff is always friendly. The place is always packed. The food is always good. Try the mango peach pie. I also crave those too.
If you actually want to get your food, STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!
Yes, they're very busy and it's chaotic but they're so extremely incompetent at solving problems! They completely forgot to make my order and I only found this out when everybody behind me in line had already gotten their food. I asked about the status of my order after waiting for 15 minutes. They said they didn't know and would START on it. Another 10 minutes goes by and they have no update. Another 5 minutes goes by and they say they need to start other customers orders before they can start mine. EXCUSE YOU!? I WAS IN FRONT OF ALL OF THEM! They offered no resolution so I demanded a refund after over 35 minutes.
Absolutely pathetic! How hard is it to realize you screwed up and flat out forgot somebody's order and then just get it ready right then and there? All the food is sitting there, already cooked in the hot storage. It would have taken all of one minute to just box up my order but nope! They was beyond their comprehension and capability to provide a common sense solution. Unbelievable!
