This place has good chicken until it just stopped giving the spicy version.No information, nothing, the option was fully removed.Would have been nice to know why or if it's just a web issue. Customer service ofcourse doesn't pick up.Lost a couple of loyal customers! Bad service!Edit: They have updated the menu to add spicy chicken now, though sometimes you still don't see it on the menu, but if you go and ask, they will give it!Edit edit: spicy is out of stock all the time, normal chicken isn't great, don't bother coming

Ordered online first order failed, don't have the spicy.Ok fine, order again normal this time and Food Is... to say frankly quite bad, the crust was ok but chicken underneath was rawish watery, I think I came in too early but if this is fr how it made then its worst then McDonald's. If you make homemade chicken tenders it'll save you 5 bucks and you can add flavor and as much crust as you want here its aight, ok, and watered down. Sorry, but I HATE it. The game is cool tho

Food took forever to get with only a few people in front of us in line. They had a lot of door dash orders or something. We only had a 3 strip basket took 25 min to get and was mediocre.

Chicken and the super original brown soup base is the taste of heaven. Ordering in advance via apps is the best option. Cannot wait to come back! Hope more Jollibee chain stores spring up!
