This African restaurant is always buzzing with people — and for good reason! The food is full of bold, rich flavors that really hit the spot. It can get pretty crowded, especially during peak hours, but that just shows how popular it is.
If you are craving food from the Horn of Africa, then this is the place. Mostly caters for the Somali community that settled in large numbers in Tukwila. So if you want to taste this aspect of Seattle metro diversity, then this is place to be. About service, it is casual, and you have to order from the counter. If you expect extreme attention then this is not the place. The food: too much sugar. Sugar in nearly everything. That’s something that can upset anyone, looking for...
6-3-2025. My family and I eat here. I had the Lamb Shanks & Rice. The portions are large and very good. My wife, Dexy's Soup / Broth, was full of flavor. Luis and I were the champions. We cleaned our plates while Dexy and Roldan couldn't eat anymore to finish.
