Ordered from Uber eats, kfc has forgotten my utensils, my large fry and my promo for free mash potato popper, if this were in person I understand for making a mistake but I ordered with Uber eats this should give the employees time to read and understand and complete my order correctly, as I had to issue a refund with Uber eats! Employees need to start paying more attention and stop rushing!

This drive-through struggles to get orders right. Overcharging and sending out the wrong food just happens. Check your receipt and every item if you dare use this location. They won't offer you anything for the inconvenience when the order is missed or wrong.
