Upon entering the drive thru line, I was met with incredibly slow service. Most disappointingly I only received 17 of my 20 nuggets and none of the sauces I ordered. Unfortunately at the time I went, only drive thru was open and I didn’t have the strength to wait. Ronald would NOT be pleased!!

Apparently, this McDonald’s has invented a new drive-thru concept: take your order, forget it exists, serve everyone else, then refuse to give you your food. If you’re looking for fast food with slow service and zero customer care, this is your spot.

Manager made up lies about me and accused me of stealing the first time I ever went inside the restaurant. I tried ordering on the kiosk and was informed by one of the workers that I couldn’t pay with cash using it. So I canceled my order all together and went up to the counter to pay. Since I tried using the kiosk and applied one of my coupons, I couldn’t use it for 15 minutes which I thought was dumb because I didn’t wanna wait 15 minutes when all I was getting was just getting fries and a drink. I asked if they could just let me pay for the drink and get the fries for free since that’s what the coupon was. The lady said she’d have to get her manager so I asked her to. Once the manager got there he told me “you know how the kiosks work, you’re here all the time.” I was shocked and didn’t even know what to say. I never have been inside of this McDonald’s and have only ever gone through the drive through. He then said “you sit over there in the corner” and pointed to a random corner. I then asked “what are you talking about? I’ve never been in here, I only use the drive through.” I left the restaurant and immediately came to write this review, which I never do, this was so bad of an experience that I needed to write a review about it.

Very clean and that play area is a blast for all ages, never has let me or my toddler down. Great company too
One of the worst mcdonalds you could go to in the area. They never get anything right and then expect you to get back in line whenever they mess up your order. Does not make any sense and it just shows a lot about the type of people that work there
