Dear ownerGet your manager and employees in training again. Orders always wrong, charging extra lettuce, to have no lettuce in the mcchicken and if someone said they were allergic to onions and get a chesse burger with a sticker of no onions but HAS ONIONS ! then say we can't get a refund after they mess up the food too begin, is wild to me. Someone should send corporate to straight out this McDonald's. I bet this McDonald's like to spite in your food for fun. Even talking to them fixes nothing. this is why I recommend McDonald's by South Center, much better service.

Came here after the 24 hour location in Renton's "system was down." This location is generally reliable...until 03/10/24 I got in line at 2:45am/3:45am(because of the daylight savings time change) I finally went to place my order at 4:10am and I'm told it's breakfast menu only, but the breakfast menu isn't even up, and it normally starts at 5am. I never order breakfast and was stuck in the drive thru so I ordered the only thing that I could quickly think of. If you're going to show the regular menu and have specificied menu hours-then honor that. You're basically pulling a bait and switch scam having customers get stuck in the drive thru by showing the regular menu and having none of that available when they finally go to place their order.

This McDonald's is cool and the staff is chill. I wish their menu had more variety and also the ice cream machine isnt broken too ? But eveythong else is good. Please McDonald's add more selection in your Menu for people to try new drinks ?
This McDonald's is located in a nice area so it felt clean and safe. Standard fare, nothing special. Service was just acceptable. Ordering kiosk was down 2 out of 4 screens.

Very clean place to eat. Ordered the Shamrock Shake, an was told their milkshake mix was not frozen all the way but if I didn't mind a milkshake that was a little runny they would make it for me.

I do love McDonald's Breakfast food , however, the other day my sister and I went to go and get our Breakfast sandwiches and let me tell you , it was by far the worst sandwiches we have ever gotten there and I was very upset. We were on the way to my sister's job so we couldn't go back. Honestly, we shouldn't of even had to return our food.
