Meeting up for a Seahawks game, but Starbucks coffee hit everyone at the same time. 10am and nothing open. We all hit the McDonald's for a break and an egg mcmuffen.

Your customer service is very weak. Always rushing and always messing up orders. Be mindful we’re not paying with play money. Your staff needs more training, you’re feeding your families with our money. Do better🙄

Stopped there with the family to get some lunch. There was two gentleman named Rudy and Ben that were cleaning the tables and taking the food out to the cars. They were so friendly and helpful. I asked where the ketchup was and one of them said don’t worry sir please sit down and I will bring it to you. Those two gentlemen made our day. Food was good the place was really clean. Deluxe Mc crispy was really good
12pm 10/5/24 The food was hot and fresh from the fries to the nuggets to the spicy chicken 🐔 sandwich. I had to order another. With cookies this time. The staff was amazing and very nice. The best McDonald's I've been to in a long compared to Burien. Thank you for an amazing experience

Well, they received 1star because we had NO food, NO service, and NO atmosphere…we COULD NOT GET IN…the doors were locked at 630 at night, ON A THURSDAY!! No worries, we actually purchased nice, hot, tasty food from a wonderful OPEN restaurant. Wow! U.N.B.E.L.I.E.V.A.B.L.E.!!! And I’m just guessing that you pay your ppl, the ones that I saw walking out to their cars and hanging out…good money…joke’s on you! They aren’t open and you’re still paying ‘em. Where I come from they have a name for that!! ?

I go to McDonald's because that's where my grandkids like to go. I ordered a McDouble it's got too much salt, and the french fries are good only when they're hot. McDonald's is becoming way too expensive to take two kids and myself for lunch.
