I do not see while we have to pay for a cup of water while going through the drive through ,it is rediculous ,especially on a hot day .This is pure greed , bad enough that they are so expensive already

So rude the lady at 9:08 in the drive through handing my food was so rude she had the crusty red lipstick she threw ketchup at us and got made when we asked for napkins poor service She was a smart mouth.

I like ordering everything with the kiosk. I felt like my order had no mistakes or mix-ups because of the kiosk system. I'm looking forward to returning so I can try the adult happy meal!!

Terrible customer service! There was a worker there who was impatient with my mother when she was trying to order in the drive through. She said verbatim “make up your mind already” even though my mother initially told her to hold on so that she can order her food to make her decision. The worker dismissed us and told us to go to someone else to take our order. What if someone had a stutter or maybe needed more time to take an order since they were neurodivergent? This employee needs to be held accountable and be taught how customer service is supposed to be portrayed at McDonalds.
The crazy thing is that there was no apology given.

Terrible experience in McDonald now!... They're not doing refills anymore, later maybe they'll be charging to using the restroom, and charging for napkins?... I'm not sure if all McDonald's are doing this issues, but specifically in 16501 S. Center Pkwy. Takuila, WA. Completely disappointed!...
The food was good service was good there was a lot of homeless people milling around the store and in the parking lot but other than that hey it was cool

Drive thru girl was SUPER annoyed that I had the audacity to ASK for my total before paying. But if I hadn’t, I wouldn’t have realized she got my order wrong. And I get the convenience, but I am NOT paying over $3 for a freaking hash brown. I can get 12 for that price and cook at home. There’s no reason for it, and McDonald’s food isn’t worth the price anymore, which is why I eat there maybe 2-3 times a year anymore. So as Americans have to tighten their belts more, and McDonald’s is going broke, u know why

This is my normal McDonald’s spot and normally there’s a nice gentleman handing over the food and he’s so kind. However, today was my second experience of having a lady handover the food. She was very aggressive and rude. She gave me the wrong change and now I don’t even feel comfortable to go back and get it corrected. She kept closing the window when I was trying to speak to her and she had multiple other team members come tell me to look in my bag because that’s where my stuff was. However, my stuff was NOT all in there. Very frustrated that someone with this aggressive behavior would be people facing at all. It’s frustrating the other team members instead of interjecting and correcting the action decided to all work together to make their customer feel uncomfortable. Yikes
Thanks again to the lady that took my order very kind and to the gentleman that is normally working the window pls come back and help they desperately need you.
