Generally go to this one in the morning and bring lunch...today was different and decided to go here for lunch.
Terrible service. The woman at the drive through speaker asked if that was it, I said no and then she said next window. I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich, no sauce...found out later the sauce is what is spicy. Thought maybe it was like the spicy McChicken and spicy breading. So I ended up paying more for a plain McCrispy...no one said a word.
Her nails damn near scratched me when handing back my card.
The food was handed over...when I got to the office I found my fries as pictured...none fell in the bag either. And they were stone cold... and I always roll the bag closed
The young lady in the mornings there is wonderful...this crew is terrible

This McDonalds is the slowest. I have given up going here. All they care about is their times and how it looks like they’re doing. Every time I’ve ever tried going thru the drive thru, they make me go park in the reserved parking to get my food even when most of the times there is NO ONE behind me. They are slow, but want to make it appear as though they’re fast on their timers. And I always order ahead of time on the app and don’t order very many items. I end up spending 5+ minutes in the parking lot waiting every time while they’ve made it look like they served me right away by getting me out of their line.
