My daughter and her friends went today and they all have been vomiting non stop. Pretty sure it’s food poisoning. We used to eat here all the time so I don’t know what method has changed or what is going on at this location but corporate needs to come and fix this issue!

I would suggest only coming here for the donuts and corn dogs. The drinks here are not it. They’re either really Powderly or syrupy. I would suggest going to an actual bubble place in the mall instead of here.

Delicious sugary treats. I had a peach acai tea with lychee, and a sakura donut, it was pretty good. There's usually a line. Good place to hang out with friends.

Don’t waste your money here. The customer service is absolutely horrid. The young short (Asian) girl that works at the register and calls out orders was so incredibly snarky. If you didn’t immidietly teleport up to the counter to grab your food, she will yell out your order number ten times louder, and make a disgusting rude face.Not to mention I forgot my receipt at the kiosk (which, by the way, is the WORST thing ever. Why is the tip automatically 18%?) and she snags it, looks at it with a grossed out face, and says “Ummm.. is this yours???”.. like yes? What’s with the weird attitude ?If you don’t like your job, LEAVE. No need to make customers feel like a burden for ordering there.Mozzarella corn dog was absolutely garbage too. Undercooked but somehow also piping hot, and falling off of the stick. Would never eat here again.
