Horrible place to eat I would advise anybody stay away from this place I wouldn't even work here it's that bad SMH

We have been to many MOD locations and this one could use improvement on customer service. When customers enter and staff are doing other tasks, it is helpful to be acknowledged and informed that they will attend to you shortly (at least greeted). And other staff that stand around and not acknowledge could be more helpful in greeting customers.

First time at a Mod pizza after family talked about how good it was. The experience was terrible. Was rushed when ordering a cheese and didn't get to ask for any additions. Staff all clearly young and management looking over every move. Ended with a sad cheese pizza that actually put me to tears while eating it. Do not recommend and will not be coming back to any Mod Pizza establishment.

MOD Pizza in Tukwila is the perfect spot for anyone who loves build-your-own pizza! I really like how you can choose unlimited toppings for the same price. The staff is friendly, service is fast, and the place is clean and comfortable. The crust is baked just right crispy and light and the toppings are fresh and flavorful. I especially love the Red Sauce Garlic base and usually mix it with veggies, pepperoni, and an egg absolutely delicious! Will definitely be coming back often!

While I was ordering my pizza I pointed on the topping to with my finger suddenly the one who wasn't serving me raised his voice asking me don't point on the topping with your finger I said I don't know it's not allowed I just didn't know the name of that topping so I pointed! I feel impressed acaully as not my fault.

I very very rarely give five stars but both Mod Pizzas locations I've been to have been exceptional in all categories. The food is great and is an exceptional value it's very cheap, the service is fantastic, the store is clean, and he environment is fantastic it's a calming and relaxing place for a meal. However, if you're in a hurry it's ridiculously fast, I don't know how they do it not to mention the pizza is fresh from one of those big pizza ovens. At this location I got a salad and while salads at restaurants are often boring, overlooked, and worse than what you can make at home, I was pleasantly surprised with this salad. The attention to detail in the recipe, presentation, and taste was very impressive.
