I’m really disappointed because I actually liked this place the first time we came. Last weekend, they forgot our fries but made up for it with a free drink — we let it slide since they said the kitchen gets backed up when there’s a DJ.
This time, there was no DJ, so we figured it would be better. I even brought my cousin to try their food since we genuinely enjoyed it before. We ordered the Longanisa Smash, House Hash, Ube Pancakes, and Country Fried Steak. Half our order came out in about 20 minutes (the Longanisa and Hash), but my cousin’s food never came.
After 45 minutes, I went up to ask, and the staff just looked confused. No update, no apology — they just stared at the screen. Meanwhile, we watched several tables who ordered the same dishes get their food first. That actually sucks from POV. After over an hour, the food finally came out with just a quick “sorry for the wait.” We asked for a refund on his order, which they processed — but that also took forever.
They offered a gift card or to give us the rest of the food since it was already made, but at that point, we were just done. What made it worse was hearing the staff talk about the situation right in front of us — joking that we should’ve just taken the food. Not cool.
We stayed polite the whole time because we get that mistakes happen, but this was just unprofessional and uncomfortable. Honestly, our food was cold by then, and it’s not fun eating while your guest has nothing in front of them, it’s out of respect. We should’ve asked for a refund too and wish they could just give it.
The drinks were good 2/3 at least the Matcha Ube and Ube Coffee were great again. But the Turon Turon Milk Tea was horrible and separated weirdly; I threw it away after a few sips.
Really wanted to keep supporting this place, but after this experience, we won’t be coming back.

I was genuinely looking forward to supporting this local pinoy restaurant earlier this year, but unfortunately, my experience was a huge letdown. I ordered my ube pancakes to dine in, and the dish never arrived, even though it was on the ticket. Other than bringing the Avocado Toast, we were not checked in on for morning service, when there was one other table. They did apologize in person and offered some ice cream, but we were in a rush and I couldn’t take it.
What’s more disappointing is that after they promised to follow up and took down my info, I never heard back. I reached out multiple times, tried to speak to managers, and still got zero resolution. In the end, I’m left extremely dissatisfied because I wanted to support them, but their lack of care and communication is just astonishing. I can’t recommend this place under these circumstances.
Coffee options were really great, but our barista was AMAZING! He made us custom requested drinks, went way above and beyond. Thank you!

I ordered the neighborhood plate and mango tea. Would order both again. The housemade pork longanisa was bomb.

The drinks were too sweet and i have a sweet tooth so a lot of things i don’t mind when they are very sweet. the atmosphere is cute but the scent they have in there it’s so strong and made me a bit nauseous, the service was ok. i was asking questions and they seemed confused but they were nice.

Ordered Hot Americano and Ice Matcha
I got a warm not hot Americano!
The Crew does not have Good Customer Service. Half and Half was empty on condiments Bar then when I ask them to change it, They just rinse the carafe and refilled it and gave it back to me without even drying off the wet carafe!
What a service!

We got here at a busy time. But you bus your own tables. Not a fan. All with tip $53. Oddly my kid got jasmine tea and it tasted bad, idk maybe just the type. My matcha latte was okay. Low sugar for both so i liked that. We both got the breakfast plate trying pork and chicken sausage. Eggs were perfect. I loved the garlic rice... u do need to really like garlic. All in all I say it was solid food.

I was looking for a brunch place to take and impress an out-of-state visiting sibling. She suggested Jollibee 🥴, but I insisted on this place. I love Neighborhood Cafe with its unique and tasty dining experience, combining tiered Filipino breakfast with Vietnamese-Filipino coffee flights. Happy to report that my sibling is impressed and my other out-of-state siblings well, jealous of our meals. Please open a branch up north, specifically in Lynnwood or anywhere close to PAE.🙏🏻
