My spouse and I went to OUTBACK last night and I had the 13 oz bone-in Rib-Eye, medium grilled, and my wife had the lobster tail. The total cost with 18% tip was $130.00. The tip alone covered the 1-hour labor cost for the waiter, representing a tip equal to the employee’s hourly rate. Only about 4 oz of the steak was edible. The bone-in is typically the best part of the steak, but mine was all fat with lots of sinew. The meat was also very chewy with lots of sinew. The sides were not rich in items typical of a loaded baked potato and wedge salad. So, what I walked away with is that current restaurant profit margins have caused good eateries to cut quality and continue a downward spiral until they close the doors. Sadly, when I ate at the same place about 8 months ago, the quality was better than expected. One redeeming virtue, my five dogs were grateful to consume the leftovers.

It’s been a while since I’ve eaten at an outback, but this was as good as I remember it if not better. Quality has not diminished and the service was absolutely incredible, which is so rare today. I’ve sat at the bar and the bartender was exceptional. I swear she was wearing rollerskates. She clearly has been doing this a long time and is at the top of her class. But even the hosts and food runners and everyone else acted like they were the owners, providing exceptional service. Good on ya, mate!

4 of us met to catch up and talk. The staff was very patient. The bloomin onion is always a good choice. The side Cesar salad was just right for a snack. One of my party had the dinner Cesar salad and added salmon. The salmon was great. Well cooked. We will definitely be back.

The food was phenomenal, service could have been faster, and unfortunately overpriced. $80 for their steak + Lobster, fountain drink, and splitting a plate of hot wings.
They'll cook your steak over or under desired temp if you're not careful, but will be delicious either way. All their choices are Juicy and well seasoned.
Understaffed establishment, server did her best but was let down by the overall team. Food was average, asked for medium rare steak, well done was servers. Avoid this place.

Do not go to this restaurant !!! We ate there to come out to see our car window was smashed and bags stolen out of our car. We went back in the restaurant to talk to a manager. She walked out with us but acted like it was our fault because there was a little sign in the back of the parking lot that said “Don’t leave valuables in the car”. We couldn’t even see the sign. She said they have at least 3 break-ins a week but no big deal. If they know it’s bad then they should hire outside security. The most the manager did was bring us a cardboard box and a towel to put the broken glass into. Also there was still broken glass in the parking lot about 2 spots down from where a car had a “smash and go” 2 days before. Food was good but need security and act like u care about your customers.

I love Outback Steakhouse in Tukwila WA. Jay and Lisa are the best managers ever! Melisa and Carlos are most amazing bartenders! Best please ever to eat. The entire staff is gracious and the food is always amazing! Double the 5 stars to 10 stars!

Clearly they decided to use the metric system when weighing their steaks. I ordered what was supposed to be an 8oz fillet and it was smaller than 4oz medallions I've had at other places. The potato must have been pulled from the kids menu it was so small. Very disappointing since they used to have actual size steaks. WAY overpriced and under delivered. I won't be going back to any outback again.
