The waitress charged extra $3.99 for a french onion soup side without explaining. We asked medium rare steaks. Mine was rare and my partner’s was well done. Very disappointed

“I placed an order at 4 PM and told Lisa I wouldn’t be there until 5 PM. She assured me that she wouldn’t put the order in until 4:40 so it would be fresh. When I arrived at 5 PM, my order had just been placed, meaning I still had to wait. At first, they tried to claim I had only asked for my order to be ready at 5, which was not true. After checking, they admitted their mistake, and Lisa offered an extra item for the wait. However, the wait was clearly longer than the ‘five minutes’ they claimed, and to top it off, I was met with sarcasm and a patronizing attitude as I left. Disappointing experience, and I won’t be rushing back.”
Took my mother there for mother's day the waitress was excellent food was delicious. Will be back soon .
We like to go here for special occasions. They have very good steaks. If you're a veteran they have a 10% discount.
Overall service was fantastic, however the portion seems small and overpriced.
