My wife ordered Steak and grilled shrimp and she want it medium well. I ordered a Prime rib steak and I want it medium rare, our server even confirmed to us how our steaks will appear when we get it. When we got our Steaks on our table the opposite came, my wife has her Steak medium tate and mine was medium well 🙁 we also ordered the bloomin onion appetizers to go, our server put it in the bag knowing that the sauce came with it. When we came home, no sauce for the damn fried...
5:30 PM. While they seated us without a reservation, despite the busy restaurant, that's where the positive aspects ended. Our waitress was curt and unwelcoming, though admittedly efficient. However, I am absolutely appalled by their blatant 'hospitality fee' added to the bill, a clear attempt to offload the cost of increased minimum wage onto paying customers. The food, while decent, was marred by the fact that we had to repeatedly ask for our forgotten sauces....
We went in for the dinner special. I was a little apprehensive about ordering the steak but it was very tender, well seasoned and delicious. We all got steak, baked potato soup and salad. Our waitress was attentive and polite. It was a great deal for a family of three
